El paisaje divino
Me gustó las habitaciones , son acorde a las imágenes , tenían una vista espectacular. En general ha sido un excelente sitio para hospedarse.
Considero que les falta el servicio de habitaciones .

Pues los precios, cobran descorche, tienen información desactualizado de las características de la habitación, cobran por todo, mala limpieza, utensilios sucios, cortinas rotas y sucias, demora en transporte

First is that they don’t tell u at check in or check out that they going to charge you tip at the end of the day
In which I tip already plus they charge you a tip at the end of the stay with out ur constant which is not correct

To be honest, our stay at Bethel Lozana – Guatapé was wonderful. The room was very cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it feel warm and comfortable. The view was absolutely stunning 🤩, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature.
It’s an ideal spot if you’re looking for tranquility, fresh air, and breathtaking scenery. I would definitely stay here again!

El no estar lista la habitacion a pèsar de que llegamos a las 5:pm, los precios son increiblemente elevados, plato de fin de año en $150,000 por persona, una cubeta de hielo $50,000 es ridiculo esa valoracion.
