Cons:

Kein Fön im Badezimmer, wurde aus einen anderen Zimmer geholt. Dann ging, das Licht im Bad nicht mehr, kein WLAN, keine Lüftung. Nach telefonat mit der Hotline (sehr bemüht) zog ich in ein anderes Zimmer um. Nachdem ich alles übersiedelt hatte, merkte ich auch hier funktionieren die gleichen Dinge nicht, Licht im Bad WLAN, Kühlschrank, Lüftung.
Wieder die Hotline, dann das 3. Zimmer. Dieses Mal vorab der Test von mir, ob der Strom hier funktioniert. Leider nein. Also kam jetzt doch ein Techniker. Ich war in dieser Zeit nicht im Hotelzimmer. Am Abend funktionierte alles wieder.
In der Früh ging ich duschen, hatte aber nur kaltes Wasser...
Das war ein passender Abschluss.

Leider waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt nicht zufrieden. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Apartment sehr kalt, und es bestand keine Möglichkeit, die Heizung einzuschalten. Auch das Badezimmer war sehr kalt. Zudem roch die Unterkunft stark nach Zigarettenrauch.

Besonders unangenehm war der Zustand des Bettes bzw. der Bettwäsche: Diese war deutlich mit Haaren von anderen Personen verschmutzt, was aus hygienischer Sicht inakzeptabel ist. Zusätzlich befanden sich auch im Waschbecken Haare, was den Eindruck mangelnder Reinigung weiter verstärkte.

die lage ist für mich gut, leider passt alles andere nicht

wenn ein hotel einem gast die bettwäsche vom vorgast wieder benutzen lässt kann man nicht von einer hotelleistung sprechen, benutzte und riechende bettwäsche vom vorgast…ekelhaft…würde gerne mein geld zurückfordern…👎 beim check in hatte man mich einfach in ein besetztes zimmer geschickt, habe ich so auch noch nicht erlebt..bin gespannt ob eine solche rezession überhaupt jemanden interessiert

Pros:

Es war leider etwas kühl im Zimmer obwohl wir die Heizung aufgedreht haben und es hat nach Zigaretten gestunken am Tag der Einreise. Die tolle Ausstattung und die super Lage sind allerdings auch zu erwähnen!

Ort ist passend, sauna, gym ist dabei kann man nichts sagen für die preise

Cons:

Der Mitarbeiter soner, schaut mich immer an als ob er ein Problem hat, kann nicht grüßen (komplett unfreundlich. ansonsten tiptop wie immer die anderen 2 damen die reinigen sind auch top 👌🏻 und die wasser kocher sollte man evtl mal entkalken im zimmer 210 Mfg
