Pros:

The self check protocol is flawed guests and guest wait over extended at the self check in desk to gain entrance and most times the booking number is never found on the hotel self check in portal untill u make a call to the back office

Cons:

The hotel manager this day june 11 2026 , is very rude and told a lie about the status of my room , and she maintained the false ..she has no hospitality skills and should not be in the hotel business at all

Terrasse war sehr schmutzig,es stand noch ein gebrauchter Aschenbecher auf dem Tisch
