It is gorgeous, in the heart of Paseo de la Presa. From my first time visitor POV (point of view), I saw houses, flats, rooms, apartments perhaps, all sprawling across wooded paths, manicured gardens, terraces. Very serene, peaceful, quiet vibe above the bustling street below. The units are spread out and hug the side of a mountain.

Cons:

There was no ventilation in the lowest price room I booked, A decent exhaust fan in the bathroom would take care of shower moisture.

Perfecta, lugar para descansar y con una atención muy buena.
Pros:

la ubicación es excelente, estás a diez minutos caminando del centro, lugar muy seguro y así puedes ver otros callejones que probablemente en otro lugar no conocerias.

Cons:

Solamente el poder ubicar al principio la casa y la subida que está un poco pesada.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, very nice place very clean I would stay here again.

Cons:

It's not as close to down Town as I thought, but only 15 mins into town. still I would stay here again. Another bad thing is no parking available.
