Nos encantó el hotel y la excelente atención sobre todo de Roberto, muy amable y atento todo el tiempo. Nos arrepentimos de no haber estado más tiempo allá. Muy linda vista al mar y reposeras ideal para descansar, nuestra habitación era grande y muy limpia, contaba con plancha de ropa y secador de pelo. Los hidromasajes excelentes. La barra y restaurante también muy buenos. Realmente lo recomiendo y volvería al lugar. Además fueron muy amables en guardar nuestro equipaje antes del check in y después del check out en un lugar seguro y sin problema.

Cons:

Me gustó todo, pero es importante saber que el desayuno es temprano así que ojo para no perdérselo creo que hasta 09:40

The bellman was the nicest person in the whole property. He helped me switch rooms when they wouldn’t let me stay in the same room for the second night.

Cons:

Firstly, I was supposed to stay there Monday night. Because my flight was late I missed the connection and couldn’t arrive that night. When I got there the next morning I tried to explain them and ask if I can get a refund or credit. They didn’t even want to consider an exception. I work in hospitality too and since it was out of my control they could have made an exception. They decided to charge me the night before also 70$.
On the last day we waited over 1h in the restaurant for the food even though it wasn’t busy. Server was miserable about it didn’t even say sorry. Finally we decided to not take that food.
Also swimming pool is not very clean. And the second night they gave me a really small room with no windows and moldy smell. The housekeeper was nice to come and clean the floor to get rid of the smell.
