I have stayed twice, and I’ll be staying again!
Pros:

The people that work there are very friendly, and allowed me to move rooms when there was a loud group in the room next to me. Lobby is so cool! Pool tables , games, a bar restaurant, my son LOVED IY and the giant windows they have l.

Cons:

Hallways could be a little nicer- and need more light, had some really loud neighbors walls aren’t too thick. Wish they had continual breakfast! But that’s it! No big complaints!

Xavier, Manager, was the only reason we did not move to another hotel. He was excellent.
Pros:

Xavier, Manager, was friendly as well as all other staff with the exception of the bartender.

Cons:

Main reason we stayed there. Not one pool sticks had tips on them. We actually purchased tips so we could play.
No food was offered prior to 5:00. The menu offered limited items. The bartender opened late each day. Also, called out the last night so no food or beverage was available.
No wine was available either day.
The room had a large scrape mark behind the sitting area
Lady bugs were visible. The bathroom door was heavy and quick. It closed on my arm before I could stop it bruising my arm and hand.

Cons:

Toilet paper, tissue paper, body wash, and hand soap were either missing or almost completely empty. Considering the room appeared clean, I expected the basic essentials to be fully restocked before our arrival, but that wasn’t the case. On top of that, there was no ventilation in the bathroom, so after showering the entire room started to smell damp and almost like mildew. It definitely made the space feel uncomfortable.

I was very unhappy with things that happened and the fact we paid $150 because it was NOT worth that
Pros:

It’s close to the airport and decorated nicely!

Cons:

Many of the staff were very unprofessional and down right rude at times. I am sure they were very stressed and short staffed with it being during the ice storm (we had to stay as we were stuck after our flight landing in Nashville) but several things happened that made our stay incredibly uncomfortable and struck me as odd.
One, we were told we couldn’t pull up to the front door because they were clearing some ice. I argued with them and said I was not making my 8 year old, 4 year old, and myself carrying a 1 year old, walk across their parking lot that was covered in ice. A very nice man in a suit agreed and helped us get in, and get our luggage in. He was wonderful!
Two, our room was not ready when we arrived at 6:30pm. We had to wait for almost an hour in the lobby with a screaming, exhausted 1 year old. When I mentioned I wasn’t sure why we were able to book if the room was not available, I was given an attitude by the front desk staff.
Three, around 8:30pm the front desk staff knocks loudly on our door, announces herself as “front desk” and then without pause, proceeds to try to bust down our door. Thankfully, we had the bolt already on, and she was unable to enter, but it made a loud banging noise. Our kids were in bed and it woke them up/scared them. Also, if the bolt was not on, that would be incredibly invasive to have someone just enter our hotel room. Our room phone rang shortly after, and when we answered no one was there. I called the front desk from my cell phone and she explained that she was “checking to see if anyone was in there because we weren’t in the computer”…
Four, around 1:30am power tools were being used in the hallway for who knows what. But again, it was very loud and we were woken up.
Five, when we went to check out we had THREE separate charges from the hotel- two of which were a higher price than what we paid on booking.com.
