The location was great.
I reported the window shade not working and they offered to fix it but no one ever came. I also reported a drain fly issue in the room and the staff didn't seem concerned at all. I swatted about 10! drain flies during my stay.
no internet :( and had to be charged on two different cards for accidental?? idk
The staff was the best thing about the property
The hotel was clean
The lights in our room did nothing but flicker, and half the time did not work. The bedsheets kept coming off while sleeping or even sitting on the bed. The smoke alarm went off at midnight.

My second trip to Nashville, and I've stayed at the same hotel. My goal is to visit Nashville once more this year, and Aloft will be my hotel of choice. First room better than the second, but third time's a charm.
Poor room location, and people above were noisy. Not enough to change my mind that this is the hotel of choice for me.

First of all the hotel is located very close to BNA so when our flight was cancelled it was great how easy the front desk made it to check in. The bar, fitness center, and shuttle makes staying here convenient. Housekeeping could have been a little bit better as we had a few minor issues but they were resolved quickly. The vibe of the hotel is modern, and chill with some great lobby space. The front desk staff was incredible Apple offered us waters and gave us some recommendations for Music city!
My boyfriend and I stayed for 2 nights and it may be our new favorite go to hotel. The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable. The place feels very high end without the painful wallet dent. The staff, especially this locations General Manager was so beyond kind. He was so welcoming and sweet! The location is convenient to lots of nashville essentials while still being tucked away. The water pressure in the shower was absolutely phenomenal and it got very warm very fast! If there's anything wrong in your room, the staff is so incredibly accommodating and kind. The entry lounge is stunning and very modern! Truly a great stay.
The electric is a tad confusing. There are 2 master switches, so keep that in mind. It could use some slight paint touch-ups or more care when cleaning the walls or dusting. Overall, it was pretty clean, just minor things we noticed. There is a lot of movement in the hotel that you can sometimes hear. For instance, a door on your floor is shut or slammed, the staff moving things from the elevator, etc. Nothing was so bad that we couldn't sleep or focus. It was just a couple of noises here and there :) Aside from that, there are no complaints at all.
Wow what a wonderful hotel! Devonte, Xavier, and Apple were super cordial throughout the entire stay. The bar on site was a great addition, especially when traveling for business; the shuttle is convenient.
It’s got a cool lobby and really cool looking rooms and the staff are so friendly!
Not enough drawer space and no hand soap my coffee pot in the room never has the little plastic disposable parts that you put the coffee in
The personnel was outstanding very nice and everything I had no problem with any of them. I only have one little problem. I looked at my credit card amount and I have a bill for $60.14 and one for $16 I think in something and I have no idea what is for so I called them and they told me that it was for incidentals and I use no incidentals at all so we’ll see if the it goes through or not
The property was quiet and everything except for the people upstairs they must’ve partied till about midnight and it was coming through to the room below other than that the room was very nice and everything in the bed was comfortable, and I was very pleased with the room
