A part l’accueil le reste bien
Pros:

La piscine, la chambre spacieuse et le parking gratuit à côté de l’hôtel

Cons:

L’accueil ! L’hôtesse pas aimable du tout à notre arrivée …
Après le passage d’un car, il ne resterait pratiquement plus rien sur le buffet et il n’y a pas eu de réassort

Établissement quasi neuf, très propre, bien pensé. Belle piscine. Le personnel du restaurant très serviable et pro. Bon repas !

Cons:

On arrivait à moto d'Alberobello, avant midi. On voulait juste déposer nos bagages avant d'aller visiter Matera, on s'est quasiment fait jeter ! Pas commode, la dame ! Interdit de se baigner avant 15h, On a pu pour finir se changer, et aller visiter Matera. Le soir, en rentrant pas plus sympa. Heureusement, le serveur du restaurant est top, il pourrait donner des leçons d'accueil à ses collègues. C'est dommage, l'hôtel est loin de Matera et dans une zone industrielle, être sympa, ça ne coûte rien et ça s'a fait du bien aux clients et au personnel !

Très bon séjour, tout près de Matera. Hotel neuf, propre et petit déj excellent.
Pros:

- la chambre suffisamment grande pour 3 personnes.
- la propreté des lieux
- la piscine top et les transats également
- un petit déjeuner excellent

Cons:

- les cloisons restent minces :(
- le bruit fait par les personnes d’un bus le soir, mais l’hôtel n’y était pour rien

Zeer lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt.

Cons:

De lokatie ligt namelijk op een industrie terrein. Wij verbleven daar in het weekeinde en hebben nergens last van gehad.

Excellent hotel. Very comfortable with a nice bar and meals. Everything quite new and well kept. Easy access close to freeway, so a very good location for leisurely visitscto Matera.

Pros:

Hôtel situé à côté de Matera, dans une zone industrielle pas très jolie, mais une fois dans l'hôtel on oublie l'environnement. Chambre très confortable avec un balcon donnant sur la piscine très appréciable après une journée de visite. Personnel très professionnel et compétent. Nous avons dîné à 'hôtel, pratique pour ceux qui ne veulent pas ressortir. Petit déjeuner complet et diversifié.
