Tenía reserva para dos noches, cuando llegue me dijeron que estaba completo el hotel y me enviaron a otro hotel 1 noche. El hotel estaba lejos, era tipo cabaña lleno de mosquitos y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien. Al día siguiente si que me dieron habitación en el hotel que reservé, la habitación bien, pero pedí ampliar una noche más, en recepción me dijeron que no había problema, creo que no me entendió bien, al día siguiente me dijeron que no había habitaciones y me quedé en la calle con las maletas y mi hija. Muy mal por parte del hotel. Hotel no confiable.
