No sabía que los cargos eran tan altos, y no lo dicen en su página. Al menos no lo encontré.
Esto me obliga a no volver a tomar sus servicios, es muy caro.

Los trabajadores se esmeran por ser amables.
Hay mucho por mejorar, muchísimo. Solo un par de ejemplos. Insistieron en prender la luz del pasadizo del cuarto donde estaba alojado, colándose la luz e impidiéndome dormir. Por otro, el desayuno es muy básico.

Unfortunately there was a festival in the square in front of the hotel and loud drums and music made sleeping impossible. Obviously this was not the fault of the hotel.

This hotel is older but reasonably updated, clean and convenient. It is located near lots of interesting points of interest and businesses. About 1 block from transportation to everything. About 3 blocks to historical sites, parks and churches.
The rooms and beds were comfortable enough and the showers hot. The restaurant in the hotel turned out to be one of the best in the area.

The music was quite loud and continued throughout the Saturday night which made sleep challenging.
I couldn’t use my credit cards for payment. I tried tree cards both VISA and master card. This place was the only place I could not my credit cards for whole my trip in Peru.
If forced to stay in Juliaca, then this is about as good as it gets. Best spot to wait a day for airplanes servicing the lake.
