Pros:

Nice hotel. Room was spacious but basic. Could do with some extras especially for the price you pay for it. Like a trashcan in the room, a cup in the bathroom. Also there isn’t really a window you can open during the night because the only “window” is actually the door that you use to get in and out of the room.

Muito bom, uma pena que esteja em local barulhento
Pros:

Hotel novo, super limpo, quarto confortável, mas a pressão do chuveiro era muito fraca.

Cons:

O barulho das casas noturnas em volta é INSUPORTÁVEL, uma pena. Evite ir em datas festivas (e talvez fim de semana).

Me gustó mucho la comida, realmente el chef 10 puntos! Y me refiero a los almuerzos.

Cons:

Pudo mejorar la variedad en desayunos. Solo había huevo revuelto y jugos, pero no había más opciones, creo que eso es importante ya que el servicio incluye desayuno.
Creo que había descordinación entre el personal en algunas gestiones por ejemplo lo que se cobraba en comidas, los 90 soles para el tour de la huacachina me pareció demasiado el costo por el servicio que no estuvo bien coordinado,etc.

Està bé pero sense opcions per sopar
Pros:

Te piscina i les habitacions, encara que molt senzilles estàn bé.

Cons:

A l'hotel no fan sopars i, com que està allunyat i no hi han opcions per sopar a la zona, vam haver d'agafar un taxi per anar a sopar a 2,5 km.

La personas muy amables, en ocasiones teníamos que salir temprano y muy amablemente nos tenían el desayuno listo, las camas muy cómodas. Había escuchado que se podía escuchar un poco de ruido en las noches por las discotecas pero la verdad yo no lo sentí. Para mí todo estuvo 10/10

Una gran estancia para descansar luego de los atractivos del luegar.
Pros:

Muy bien. Las fotos que promocionan el hotel son fiel reflejo de la realidad. Además, fueron flexibles con el horario de ingreso.

La calidad del jabón de la habitaciones puede mejorar.

Cons:

Había muchas cucarachas en el baño. Le pedimos que nos cambiasen de habitación y no querían. Finalmente nos cambiaron tras insistir mucho y tras decirnos que dejásemos de hacer ruido, no podíamos debido a las cucarachas que había. En la nueva habitación ya no había por suerte. Estaban en el baño las cucarachas. Salían del lavabo.
El desayuno no es buffet.

Les boîtes de nuits a 100 m, avec la musique très très forte jusqu'à 6h du matin.

Pros:

Det fanns många myror i badrummet och belysningen i rummet var inte så trevlig. Sängen var inte särskilt bekväm och det var väldigt högljutt mellan rummen/utrymmet utanför. Alla som jobbade på platsen var jättetrevliga. Frukosten var standard ”kolonial”, dvs ägg med bröd, kaffe, juice. Jag hade valt ett annat ställe om jag skulle besöka samma stad igen.

The staff, especially Stephanie, was fantastic. We were late to check in and were greeted at the door with a welcoming smile. We were assisted in ordering in food and were offered breakfast before our very early morning check-out.

The hotel is a quiet and peaceful alternative to staying right in Huacachina.

Beautiful common area with pool and bar, great for relaxin, reading etc. Room was comfortable.

Cons:

Location is not great - no supermarkets or evening restaurants anywhere nearby. Hotel claimed to offer dinner but were surprised when I asked, and then only offered spaghetti bolognese.
