Cons:

This hotel was very dirty. The walls were extremely dirty, and the bed covers were also very dirty. The floor was not clean at all. The bathroom was in very bad condition — the walls looked damaged and broken in places.

The room I had booked was a double room with two beds, but when I arrived, they told me that this room was not available anymore because they had given it to another customer who arrived earlier. Even though I had already made a booking, they did not keep the room for me.

It was a very bad experience overall. I will never book this hotel again.

Panic and tiredsome
Pros:

The breakfast was not UpTo mark

Cons:

My room timing was 12 pm to next day 12 morning. When I reach there about 9 pm. They said my booked room is with another guest. They let me wait till 12 am . The hotel is not 3 star. They offer facilities less than average . There is huge difference what I booked and what I got.

Pros:

5 stars for the hotel staff.. super cooperative and helpful. It only happens in Pakistan when hotel staff goes out of their way for their guests to bring you anything for you.

So basically, room is fine as per price.

Cons:

Hotel management needs to be on the same page.. and have a more updated system to run the whole thing.
