Everything was good, except... Usually when I requested for Late Check-Out (in BKK amd other countries) the hotels will extend - from 12noon - to either 3pm or at least 1pm.
This hotel, TNCM, only allowed until 12.30pm. In my view, might well state upfront no extension is allowed.

차량을 랜트하신다면 무조건 여기로 하세요. 정말 넓디 넓은 주차장, 그리고 순환도로가 바로 붙어 있어 어디든 가기 편해요. 다운타운도 아주 가까이 있어요. 걸어서 10분거리 입니다. 또한 님만 마야몰까지도 호텔 무료 차량이 있어서 차량을 파킹하고 호텔 차량으로 가셔서 한잔 하서도 됩니다. 저는 앞으로 치양마이는 무조건 여기....그리고 숙박비, 조식등도 가성비 최고

This is great hotel rooms are huge and clean. The hotel offers activities to do while on the premises but if you want to leave to eat or shop there are plenty of things that are close.
Amazing property in Chiang Mai, rooms were spacious and everything was very clean. Breakfast buffet was great. Location is a little further from the center so it’s not so loud but still walkable to most things or a short grab ride away! The rooftop pool and bar was also really nice. Highly recommend to anyone considering staying here, we had a great time!
First time here and had a pleasant stay! Amenities like like gym and swimming pool are easy to locate. Plus point, if you’re hungry, you can head next to the hotel for a hotpot session with your folks or friends!

Very well designed apartment and convinient property. Close to main street market and big mall in the area. Love their buggy service and pool. The staffs are very friendly & helpful.

Perfect stay if you don’t wanna be in the middle of everything, downside is far from the main bar areas. Modern, beautiful, artsy. Breakfast was great. Pool bar could use a little more variety. Overall a great place. 9/10

Fantastic Hotel, room was great, pool is lovely, lots of choice at breakfast and only 10 mins away from the heart of Chiang Mai. Lots to do in the area by the hotel as well. Would definitely stay here again.
Walking distance to the happening area. All the staff are very friendly.
The hotel is very close to many restaurants and points of interest. The beaches are close by.The Staff were extremely helpful.The room size was fine, but could be improved as there are too many light switches. Hard to remember which switch connects with respective lights.
The pool was awesome, the breakfast buffet was great and Mr. Diddy the cleaning guy was a sweetheart, so friendly and such a hard worker.

In general, most of your services are quite good. But it was not easy to overcome the noise from airplanes in midnight. I think that's because of the location.
