Not even a 1 star hotel!!

House keeping staff obviously works hard the ONLY good thing was the cleaness of the place!

Each employee contradicted the other in information, No one got timing of airport shuttle right.1 place to eat in hotel opens at 5, food is limited and HORRIBLE. waited 5 hours for extra pillows, I had booked b4 a cruise and after so after first bad stay having no refund option we had to do the second stay.They are so cheap they only have 1 hand towel, and 1 roll of toilet paper, you have to track someone down for EVERYTHING. No pressure for shower,ONLY hot water comes from sink taps so no way to get a glass of water.They were people doing weed and soliciting beside hotel, whole place was scummy.

La mejor opción para hacer noche en Miami
Pros:

Una gran experiencia, cerca del aeropuerto, la habitación excelente al igual del desayuno, el personal muy amable y también había personal con habla en español. En nuestro viaje a USA hicimos 2 noches en Miami con un mes de diferencia y las 2 veces nos quedamos en este hotel. Gran relación calidad/precio.

Great hotel & would stay again for the facility but not pleased with the help we were given.
Pros:

Beautiful property with a great pool area! Close to food.

Cons:

Check in was slow and the staff person helping me was not very helpful. My reservations for a 10am check in. We arrived at 11:30 and had to wait for a room. We were told he would let us know when it was ready but did not. I went to see if it was ready and he said he got distracted and forgot to come get us when the room was ready. Frustrating!

Value for money and suited our needs on this occasion for 1 night stay
Pros:

Very close to airport which was why we chose it. Room was large & airy and clean. Complimentary breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Whilst room was clean it was a little ‘tired’ - probably could do with a refresh especially seals in shower and some of the lamp fittings.
