Unless you hire staff that can give clear instructions about the shuttle, I will not recommend it. Take to the airport

Other Hilton hotels are far better

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't well coordinated and not much interesting variety.

Some of the foid items run out and there was no replishmemt.

The hotel looks nice on the internet but not the same when you're there

Nice hotel for a reasonable price.
Pros:

I had a group of students staying here on the first night and last night of our trip. The staff at the front desk was fine but the shuttle drivers went above and beyond to help us. It's difficult to get 29 people from the airport and back but the shuttle driver (Donny) came in at 5:30 am to be sure there was enough room to get us all there on time.

Cons:

We didn't have time to enjoy the breakfast because of early flights. There was a little mix up on the return with the shuttles so it took us a very long time after we landed from Belize to get back to the hotel. I had to hire two Ubers to get us back. Otherwise, it was a comfortable and affordable stay.

Muy mala atención y flata de limpieza en el hotel
Pros:

El desayuno estuvo bien, era según lo esperado.
Había variedad en su carta diaria.

Cons:

Estuve 4 días en el hotel y durante los 4 días nunca hicieron limpieza a la habitación, nos quejamos en diferentes oportunidades y al personal parecía no importarle nuestros reclamos, solo nos daban excusas y nos pedían más tiempo para tratar de alcanzarnos unas toallas limpias.
Muy mala experiencia en el hotel. No lo recomiendo para nada, no volvería a este hotel, de verdad una muy mala experiencia vivida.
el Inodoro presentaba una falla, no dejaba de pasar el agua lo que, hacia un tremendo ruido en la habitación, tuvimos que reclamar 2 veces para que el técnico se acerque a repararlo.

No me gustó que no hubiese closet ni gavetas para guardar la ropa,parecíamos unos gitanos la ropa guindada sobre la cafetera,no hay caja de seguridad (al menos en mi habitación),en 5 días hicieron la habitación 1 sola vez ,el parking puede ser un problema en algunas ocasiones
