Na
Room was ok for stay but not comfortable too hot inside not enough ventilation
Staff wasn’t prioritising the guests over her personal phone call while guests waited at the reception desk also there was a random lady came and knocked on our door at midnight out of nowhere which is very disturbing and could be dangerous
Everything was great
Not enough parking at front, but I found somewhere in the street 5 mins away
Staff were lovely people very helpful
Location of accomodation was close to what we needed.
We were allocated room 224
Parking was limited, but we could use a side street
Lighting didnt work - lamps or bulbs didnt work
Bathroom extractor fan didnt switch off
Shower was poor the feeding pipe was kinked had to manually hold it to obtian pressure
No fans Room was far to hot
Seagulls tapping on the window not sure why
Insufficent coffee sachets but plenty of milk
Parking could be better
Helpful and friendly staff
Shower was leaky and not cleaned on arrival , kettle didn’t work and kept blowing the electric, there was a bag covering the smoke detector on arrival.
Awful parking
The water pressure in the shower was nonexistent and had to pay to use showers elsewhere, when asked at the desk they said it was due to many people using them but I had tried it around 20 times over 4 days and was the same every time
It’s just outside of the town so commuting was only a ten minute walk
We were given a very large, clean and comfortable family room. There was a super king size double bed and then two bunk beds in a separate room, offering both parties some privacy.
There was a problem with the temperature of the water in the bathroom, as it had a huge corner jacuzzi bath with it's own heater. The hotel kindly offered a shower in an alternative bedroom.
Not worth £100 a night, didn’t get any more toilet paper or water ,hardly any parking had to park a mile away, shower wasn’t connected to the wall ,large bangs and noises from upstairs
Nothing
The room smelt of extreme damp and mold.
There were pigeons nesting outside the window which was dirty and unhygienic.
The backyard area that was for guests was unclean-full of bird excrement, broken chairs no where to dispose of cigarettes even though was advised that area allowed to smoking.
The price was extortionate for this lack of quality was given for any if this stay.
