Everything was perfect for us. Our room with a private sauna, the staff, the location

Loved everything. If I had one complaint it would only be that the shuttle is only in the morning and after 3pm. Would be great to have a lunchtime option on this as well. Other than that we just loved it all and will very likely be back

Schönes Hotel, netter Service, nicht günstig aber im Ganzen empfehlenswert

Tolle Wellness-Landschaft!
Sehr nette Bedienung beim Frühstück und Abendessen.
Ausreichend Schränke zum Verstauen.
Leckeres Abendessen.

Cons:

Das Salatbuffet war kein Buffet; kaum Auswahl.
Wasser stand immer bereits auf dem Tisch; wurde alles abgerechnet (Leitungswasser!)
Portionen abends klein aber für mich ausreichend.
Nicht ausreichend Stiegl-Bier und nicht vom Fass! Wer will den Heineken trinken in Österreich???? 🇦🇹
Frühstück gibt es erst ab 7.30 Uhr.

Gutes Hotel, dass man, vielleicht bis auf die Lage, empfehlen kann.
Pros:

Sauberes, gutes Hotel, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen) gut.

Cons:

Etwas abseits der Pisten, es gibt aber ein kostenloses Hotelshuttle, das zumindest bis 12er Kogel fährt (man muss die Zeiten beachten, sonst ist Fußmarsch angesagt).

Hotel super bello con cena purtroppo da dimenticare
Pros:

Hotel veramente bellissimo. Avevamo una suite in 4 amici, con due stanze da letto e due bagni, sauna, e salotto e cucina veramente grandissima e bellissima con una vista spettacolare sulle montagne e le piste da sci. Parcheggio comodo sotto l'albergo con accesso diretto all'Hotel. Bisogna dire che lo staff è stato veramente eccezionale, molto professionale ma nello stesso momento molto alla mano, gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Nella stanza quello che è stato veramente un peccato è la pochissima pressione d'acqua. Fare la doccia in due bagni diversi contemporaneamente è stato praticamente impossibile, non c'era abbastanza pressione. Dopo la sauna sarebbe stato piacevole avere una doccia fredda con un po' di pressione, ma ci si metteva molto solo per bagnarsi dappertutto. L'altro tasto dolente è stata la cena, assolutamente non al livello di un albergo a 4 stelle. L'Austria ha una buona cucina e sono quasi 40 anni che veniamo in Austria a sciare, ma raramente abbiamo mangiato cosi male. Oltre le porzioni piccolissime, sembravano dei piatti da confezioni già pronte che basta riscaldare. Abbiamo guardato un po' le recensioni del passato e abbiamo spesso trovato la critica sulla cena. Una in particolare di 11 mesi fa parla degli stessi piatti/menu che abbiamo mangiato noi. La zuppa di cipolla fatto di un po' di brodo, con un po' di pane e qualche cipolla, Surf and turf, dove il surf era composto di un gambero, gnocchi fatto di 4-5 pezzi con una salsa molto strana (io vivo in Italia, quindi i gnocchi li conosco in tutte le salse), il buffet delle insalate ogni giorno uguale con la qualità che sembra dei pre preparati nei secchi grandi. Tutto questo trovato anche nella recensione di 11 mesi fa con la risposta da parte dell'albergo di volerlo migliorare, ma l'abbiamo trovato uguale. Ci è sembrato che siano dei menu imposti dalla direzione della catena di cui fa parte l'albergo per risparmiare sul cuoco. Un vero peccato in un albergo cosi bello. L'idea di proporre solo vini austriaci può essere molto buona se magari si proponesse la cucina austriaca che può essere veramente buona e che abbiamo sempre trovato in altri posti. Meglio proporre 3 piatti buoni che 5-6 con questa qualità e quantità. Quindi consigliamo a tutti l'albergo di per se ma senza la mezza pensione che non vale la pena. La colazione comunque è molto migliore.

Frühstück war gut jedoch im Preis Leistungsvergleich nicht so gut.

Cons:

Die Auswahl der Speisen war für den Preis zu Standart normal kaum etwas mit einem Überraschungsmoment.. Störend empfand ich die Techno Musik beim Frühstück , diese war für einen Frühstücksraum zu hart. Der außen Pool war etwas zu kühl, so das es richtig Spaß gemacht hätte darin zu schwimmen. Sonst hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen das Personal ist richtig gut.
