Ein sehr schönes & gepflegtes Hotel. Vollumfänglich zufrieden. Personal super freundlich.

Der Skikeller könnte etwas größer sein und ein paar Sitzflächen vertragen :-)

Tolles Appartment, sehr schön und geräumig, sehr empfehlenswert

Sehr schönes großes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht, schöner Pool mit Outside Panoramasauna

Cons:

Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass die Unterkunft nicht direkt an der Piste liegt und die Transportzeiten eingeschränkt sind,

Traumhaft schön und mehr als empfehlenswert
Pros:

- Tolles und supermodernes Hotel
- unfassbar freundliches Personal in jeder Situation
- super sauber
- Shuttle zum und vom Skilift stand stets bereit und war immer da wenn man ihn brauchte.
- Pool hatte auch bei kalten Tempraturen die versprochen 31°C
- Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr guter Auswahl und super Service, frische Omelettes auf Wunsch
- sehr guter Wellnessbereich

Cons:

Im Textilfreien Teil des Wellnessbereich lagen ständig Leute in Badebekleidung die offen mit Ihren Handys gespielt haben. Handys haben in einem Textilfreien Bereich unserer Meinung nach nichts zu suchen.

Wir hatten zu diesem Thema ein nettes Gespräch an der Rezeption…und die Mitarbeiter haben uns klargemacht, dass sie nicht mehr als überall Schilder aufhängen können und gegen dieses Respektlose Verhalten von Gästen machtlos sind.

Fix the shuttle service and it would have been perfect!
Pros:

Felt great and was very clean, very helpful staff, brilliant facilities within the hotel.

Cons:

Shuttle to the slops only ran for a limited time. Most people finish on the slopes and have to walk back to the hotel.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit absolut herausragendem Personal!
Pros:

Vor allem muss man das Personal als herausragend hervorheben. Es ist fast unfair, ein einzelnes Mitglied zu nennen, weil wirklich alle so extrem zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, kompetent, freundlich, nett usw. waren. Dennoch fiel insb. Herr Emir im Restaurant besonders positiv auf! Aber wie gesagt, insgesamt das allergrößte Lob an das gesamte team, dieses Niveau ist absolut ungewöhnlich. Hervorragend! Gratulation zu diesem Team! Die Zimmer und das Design des gesamten Hotels ist sehr schön und obwohl sehr modern, äußerst gemütlich.

Cons:

Der Architekt, der das WC so dumm geplant hat, dass man durch die Dusche gehen muss, gehört ebenso verurteilt wie diejenigen, die es am Ende akzeptiert haben. So dumm kann man nur planen, wenn man das ausschließlich am Schreibtisch tut. Das Bad ist ein relativ enger "Schlauch", zuerst der Waschtisch, dann die (offene) Dusche, und dann eine Glastüre(!?) ins WC. Nach dem Duschen ist diese naturgemäß nass, und man bekommt zwangsläufig nasse Füße, wenn man ins WC geht. Anmerkung: nur unser Zimmer hatte diese dumme Anordnung, die Zimmer mitreisender Freunde waren dbzgl. völlig ok. Der zweite Kritikpunkt betrifft generell das Labyrinth, das dieses Hotel mit den drei Häusern und dadurch sehr komplizierten Wegen mit x Türen und verwinkelten Gängen bildet. Im Wellnessbereich gibt es v. a. auf der Poolebene viel zuwenig Platz und viel zuwenig Betten (Indoor).

Alles war zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Eine klare Weiterempehlung!
Pros:

- das Zimmer war sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber.
- das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
- der Schatteldienst zur Gondel war super und wir konnten auch am Abreisetag nach dem Auschecken noch das Auto in der Tiefgarage lassen, während wor auf der Piste waren
- der Wellnessbereich war sehr entspannend und fürs Erholen am Abend vollkommen ausreichend
- das Frühstücksbuffet war der Hammer. Man konnte sich auch noch Omlets und Spiegeleier extra bestellen.
