Pros:

Richtig tolles Hotel, sehr zu empfehlen! Die Lage ist optimal, die Gondel und die Bushaltestellen sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders begeistert haben uns die freundlichen Mitarbeiter, so eine herzliche Betreuung sieht man nicht oft. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, große Frühstücksauswahl, schöne Zimmer mit Bergblick, super waren auch die vielen Nutzungsmöglichkeiten der Joker Card, problemloser Online Check in und Check out, schöner und großer Poolbereich, Gute Lage: 12er Kogel Bergbahn sowie Ortsmitte fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar

Cons:

Zu wenig Stellplätze in der Tiefgarage (war leider immer voll), zu wenige Plätze im Restaurantbereich, mussten mehrmals in die Bar verlagert werden (beim Abendessen als auch beim Frühstück, dort waren die Sitzplätze etwas niedrig), das Abendessen war zwar sehr lecker, aber sehr kleine Portionen. 2x hintereinander ein Feueralarm um ca. halb 4 Uhr morgens.

Tolles Einrichtung, sehr schöne Zimmer und top Lage!

Cons:

Sehr viel Convenience beim Abendessen für den Preis und sehr chaotischer Service. Leider haben wir den Tisch am Eingang bekommen und konnte an den Folgeabenden auch nicht getauscht werden.
