Pros:

Amazing location and great room size. As always expectations were adjusted to the hotel category and some of them where not met. Really good hotel, pricy but good

Cons:

Air conditioning machine was crazily noisy, 5.5€ for a bucket of ice?!, 5.5€ for a glass of milk...this is how it goes. Not wrong but it is what it is

the hotel decoration the breakfast and all the amenities were indifferent. meaning more a seminar or congress hotel no atmospheric environment at all and no touch

Rundum enttäuschen.
Pros:

Die Lage im ersten Bezirk ist gut. Da das Hotel recht neu ist, war die Innen Ausstattung nicht abgenutzt.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat überhaupt keinen Stil oder Charme. Das Personal ist zwar neutral, aber alles wirkt wie in einem Möchte Gern Hotel. Das Hotel verdient keine fünf Sterne. Die Preise sind für das was geboten wird, völlig überzogen. Es kommt zwar mehrfach am Tag der Zimmerservice, aber die Aufmerksamkeit ist null. So hatten wir Obst gekauft, es wurde keine Obstschale gebracht, es gibt lediglich Wasser kostenlos, die Getränke im Kühlschrank kosten wie in einem Budget Hotel extra. Die kostenlosen Getränke wurden auch nicht immer aufgefüllt, und so weiter. Bei diesen Preisen und dem angestrebten Status muss deutlich mehr geboten werden. Es fehlt eine Person, die die Gesamtaufmerksamkeit auf den Gast beachtet. Ich habe schon viele Airbnb gehabt, wo der Gastgeber mehr Aufmerksamkeit gegenüber den Gast verwendet hat. Von allen fünf Sterne Hotels in Wien, die ich bisher besucht habe, ist das sicherlich das wenig inspirierendste und enttäuschendste. Das Innen Design der Zimmer ist ebenfalls träge und schwer, richtig deprimierend diese dunklen Farben. Die Zimmer wirken fast Claustrophobic. Sind die Zimmer maximal unpraktisch. Will man im Bett lesen, blendet das Licht, selbst die WC Tür ist aus Glas, heutzutage eine Unmöglichkeit. Es ist zwar viel Technischer Schnickschnack verbaut, der den Komfort nicht wirklich erhöht.
Es war zwar nichts richtig schlecht, aber auch wirklich nichts richtig gut. Man bekommt ein Zimmer, ein Bett, ein Frühstück. Dafür kann man aber auch in ein drei Sterne Hotel gehen und dann einen drei Sterne Preis bezahlen.

Heel fijn!
Pros:

Service, aardige mensen, ruime kamer. Bed slaapt fantastisch. Koffie en thee op de kamer, wordt keurig bijgevuld.
Fijne sportruimte: weinig capaciteit maar wat ze hadden was wel nieuw, schoon en functioneert naar behoren.

Cons:

Wat iets minder was: de hele smalle donkere gangen. Verder zou ik eerder hebben gekozen voor een ontbijt buffet dan dat a la carte bestellen; maar dat is omdat ik persoonlijk geen 6 verschillende keuzes uit ei of broodjes hoef maar simpel.
