The staff were all very professional and helpful. The room was lovely. We ate in the restaurant, the cafe and drank at the bar on site, all were fantastic.
Location was really good and we loved the spa.

On our last night there was a group of young children in the spa, they were really loud and splashing about in the pool until 10pm when the spa closed. This was a shame as it spoiled what he had planned to be a nice relaxing end to our trip. However, after speaking with reception, the staff very kindly switched on the sauna and steam room early the next morning to allow us to use the facilities before we left to travel home. We were really grateful for this.

I loved every detail about this stay! The hotel’s location is superb - right in the heart of the city yet pleasantly removed from the crowded downtown streets. The modern twist on a historic building was absolutely stunning. The staff were exceptional - warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit.
I had booked a duplex suite and was graciously upgraded at check-in to the same suite with an amazing view of the Stadtpark. The suite itself was beautiful and spacious, with supremely comfortable beds. The private sauna was the perfect finishing touch.The bathroom toilet had a built-in bidet (شطاف) - always appreciated.
I can’t imagine returning to Vienna and staying anywhere else!

מיקום מרכזי מול פארק קטן ויפייפה במחוז 1. הצוות היה מקסים, עזר לנו מאוד בהמלצות ורכישת כרטיסים לקונצרט. החדר היה מאוד נקי, נכנסו פעמיים ביום לסדר אותו וזה הורגש והנעים את החוויה עוד יותר.
הכל היה מדהים, הדבר היחיד שבאמת היה חסר לנו מס׳ פעמים בשהות זו מראת גוף שלצערי לא הייתה בחדר, אבל חוץ מזה הכל היה מעולה ונעים וחלומי
