لا يستحق أن يكون فندق خمس نجوم، اللوبي صغير ومكتوم تفصيل الغرفة مع انها Junior Sweet إلا انها مكتومة، باب دورة المياه قزاز لا. لا يستحق أبدا اني ادفع اكثر من 3 الاف ريال في الليلة على هذا المستوى

Good location and nice hotel overall but would prefer rooms to have windows with natural light coming through
Pros:

Good location, walking distance to all attractions but not in a touristy area. Clean and well maintained property.

Cons:

Our room had no natural light, there was window that had a permanent black out curtain behind the glass. We felt the lack of natural light disconcerting.

Top Service an der Rezeption, Lage war perfekt, Frühstück war super, ruhige Zimmer, sehr freundlicher Concierge, schönes Interieur

Cons:

Service beim Frühstück war freundlich jedoch komplett chaotisch. Wir sind draußen gesessen und mussten oft ewig warten bis jemand vom Servicepersonal gekommen ist. Oftmals war jemand an Tischen nebenan um Bestellungen aufzunehmen jedoch auf Handzeichen wurde gar nicht geachtet. Viele Bestellungen kamen dann raus und das Personal wusste nicht für welchen Tisch die Bestellungen waren, ein no-go für Frühstück zu dem Preis. Ebenfalls kein Salz und Pfeffer auf den Tischen. Großes Verbesserungspotential bei der Koordination.

Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt im Almanac Palais Vienna war rundum hervorragend. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes, großzügiges und sehr komfortables Zimmer im eleganten Maisonette-Stil mit zwei getrennten Betten – genau wie gewünscht. Alles war äußerst sauber und gepflegt. Besonders gefallen hat uns der schöne Blick auf den Park.

Das gesamte Team war jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und freundlich, sodass wir uns sofort willkommen gefühlt haben. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt: mitten im Herzen von Wien, mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Umgebung. Alles war schnell und bequem erreichbar.

Wir können dieses Hotel mit voller Überzeugung immer wieder weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Almanac Vienna and truly enjoyed our experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome and the front desk staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

We stayed in a one-bedroom suite with a living room, and the space was excellent — very comfortable and perfect for a family. The bathrooms felt luxurious, and overall everything about the hotel was beautiful, elegant, and well maintained.

Cons:

The only small downside was that we stayed on the 8th floor, and although our suite was supposed to face the garden, the windows were quite high, so we ended up seeing more of the sky than the garden view. Other than that, everything was lovely and we had a beautiful experience. Highly recommended!

Sehr gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Ausstattung des Zimmers: Kein Teppich, keine Sessel oder Stühle, Kein Schreibtisch (nach Reklamation hat man uns einen Klapptisch gebracht), keine fünf Sterne Atmosphäre im Zimmer
