The location is excellent and definitely the strongest point of this stay. The apartment itself was warm and generally comfortable, but there were several important drawbacks worth mentioning.

First, the building is very hard to find. The modular buildings are constructed in an unusual stacked layout, with buildings built on top of each other, making the place difficult to locate at first.

There is no standard elevator. Instead, there is a manually operated lift, which honestly felt a bit creepy. Unfortunately, the lift did not work for one full day, so we had to use very long, narrow stairs. If you are traveling with luggage, this can be quite difficult and even unsafe.

Although the apartment was warm, some basic essentials were missing, which would have made the stay more comfortable.

One important thing to know in advance: this property is managed by an agency, not a private host. Communication is very formal and strictly by the rules, with no flexibility. When we asked if it was possible to stay a bit longer on departure day (we were even willing to pay extra, as our flight was at 6 PM), we received a standard template reply stating that checkout must be strictly by 11:00. We respected the rules and left on time, but the interaction felt impersonal.

This is more a matter of principle than complaint: communication with a company is very different from dealing with an individual host. With a private host, responses are often warmer and more flexible, while here everything felt procedural and distant.

Overall, great location, but be prepared for unusual building access, limited flexibility, and strictly formal communication.

Right after I completed the booking they demanded a safety deposit of 200€ paid on the external website. If I would have known this, I would have never booked - what's the point of using Booking.com if I have to pay some sketchy fees even if I'm using my credit card and I'm a lifetime user of the service? In the end I had to pay the deposit and it was returned, but it's a negative experience I would like to avoid.

Shower was broken. Beds aren't comfortable, but are okay for a short stay.

Mi nismo imali izazova, ali nekima bi proces ulaska u zgradu i apartman mogao biti izazovan (kodovi se dobiju mailom). Lift je spor i treba držati tipku pritisnutom, a stepenice su strme i uske. Potrebno je uplatiti "security deposit" od 200 €.
