Hotel trop cher vu la prestation

l emplacement par rapport a Jarnac les commerces

petit dejeuner décevant , la literie dure
l'accueil du personnel était moyen .
Par ailleurs, l'arrivée n'est pas avant 17H mais nous devions libérer les chambres avant 10H30 car il était complet le dimanche soir lol. Mais une fois les clefs rendues avant 10H 30 pour que l'établissement puisse faire le ménage nous n'avons plus eu accés à la piscine !!!! je n avais jamais vu cela surtout en pleine canicule .
En outre la piscine n est pas accessible si on a des cannes ou fauteuil roulant vu le nombre de marches . Nous avons été très déçus du coup vu le prix des chambres.

Un soggiorno che speriamo di poter ripetere
Pros:

La colazione era varia, sia dolce sia salata e curatissima, comprendeva anche dolci tipici ed in una occasione abbiamo potuto usufruirne anche un pò in anticipo rispetto al normale orario. I pasti si potevano fruire sia all'interno che nel giardino all'esterno, ed in una occasione i gestori ci hanno preparato uno spuntino oltre l'orario previsto per la cena, essendo troppo stanchi alla fine della giornata. Inoltre il sistema per il controllo dell'accesso "fuori orario" è stato molto comodo.

Cons:

Non abbiamo trovato nulla che non fosse adeguato per le nostre necessità, dalla nostra camera (curata e soprattutto funzionale) agli spazi comuni, dove potevamo attendere in tutta comodità l'orario per i pasti

In no way a full service hotel!

Can't comment as we did not stay!!!

Cons:

Not a full service hotel. Check in is between 17.00 and 20.30 only. The restaurant is indefinitely closed and arriving to find the entire building locked up outside of the reception open times, meant we stayed elsewhere!!!
A late text from the hotel giving access via a keypad code arrived too late.

Une jolie étape à Cognac, à quelques minutes du centre

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un vrai restaurant sur place, mais il y a ce qu'il faut dans Cognac
