Für uns eher enttäuschender Aufenthalt, daher keine Wiederholung

Kaffeemaschine mit genug Kapseln
Sauberkeit Zimmer
Freundlicher Empfang
24 h telefonische Erreichbarkeit der Rezeption

Cons:

Zuviel Technik, die zum Teil auch nicht funktionierte. Mussten nachts und am Morgen anrufen damit Badezimmerlicht zentral gelöscht und wieder angezündet wurde.
Maintenance ungenügend, heruntergerissene Vorhänge, schmutziger Teppich im Korridor, Flecken an der Wand.
Bettwäsche fühlte sich kunstfaserig an ( ausser Leintuch) Baustelle rund ums Hotel, Tiefgaragenplätze ( im Preis inklusive) vorerst durch Handwerker belegt, erst ab 16 Uhr am Freitag zugänglich

Prima für einen Städtetripp
Pros:

Es war alles da, was man braucht. Alles sauber.

Cons:

Wenn uns ein Taxifahrer nicht direkt davor abgesetzt hätte, dann hätten wir es nicht gefunden, vor allem nicht im Dunkeln.

Unzureichende Ausführung von Service Qualität und Versprechen.
Pros:

Die Lage

Cons:

Trotz gebuchten Parking war die Tiefgarage voll mit Fahrzeugen aber auch Baumaterialien. Ich musste hinter dem Haus bei einer Baustelle parkieren.
Dazu kam das im Zimmer davor, zerrissen war und es hat Blut am Vorhang. Das ist in akzeptabel, meine Partnerin, was er erschrocken.

Good for stay for one week
Pros:

The location is good, near to the wankdorf railway station. You can also walk to the old town along the river Aale.
In the surrounding area there is a big shopping centre with coop supermarket.
The staff is friendly.
The mashing machine and dryer are very useful for a long stay.
The kitchen is very good equipped.

Cons:

The washing machine should be cleaned properly,

Lage sehr nahe am Expo Halle „ Konzert Hecht“

Cons:

Kein Wasserdruck, mit Warmwasser kann nicht geduscht werden. WC elektronik funktioniert nicht
