Unsere Anfragen per Email / Kontaktformular und telefonisch wurden einfach ignoriert, das hab ich noch nie erlebt

Im Preis ist verpflichtend eine Abgabe enthalten. Damit ist jedem Übernachtungsgast in Bern ein Bernticket auszustellen. Dies wurde nur teilweise umgesetzt, wir sind auf Kosten in Höhe von 50 Franken sitzengeblieben.

Die Technik in den Zimmern ist furchtbar, teilweise fehlen Schalter

Le bloc cuisine est très pratique

Cons:

La ventilation de la SDB ne s'arrête pas donc toujours du bruit, insonorisation mauvaise car on entend les voisins de chambre parler, ronfler etc.. pas recommandable après un long trajet si l'on souhaite du repos.
D'autre commentaires disent réception et personnel agréable, or il n'y a pas de réception, je n'ai vu personne. Tout se fait par internet donc est-ce que ce sont des vrais commentaires ??

Sehr sauber, geräumig.

Cons:

Alles ist zumindest teilweise elektronisch bedienbar: Badezimmertür, Toilette, Vorhänge… Das ist nett gemeint, funktionierte aber nur bedingt gut. Bis das Wasser auf der Herdplatte kochte, dauerte es 15 Minuten.

Pros:

Было достаточно чисто, большая кровать. Наличие парковки. Сам отель достаточно странный, но цена точно соответствует качеству. Можно рекомендовать.
