Pros:

Si vous souhaitez un endroit confortable au cœur du quartier Poblado et si vous aimez dormir en paix, cet hôtel est un bon choix. Le personnel essaie d'être à votre service et le petit déjeuner est bon. L' architecture et la deco moderne sont un peu tristes mais soignées.

Cons:

On a l'impression qu'ils ont un outi magnifique mais ne parviennent pas à le faire fonctionner comme il devrait.
Si comme nous vous reservez une chambre avec baignoire car c'est la dernière vous tolererez de découvrir qu'elle n'a pas d'eau. Le signaler à L'accueil est facile à condition de descendre car le téléphone est HS. Se consoler au bar jacuzzi sur le toit n'est pas une option, ils ne sont pas en service. Le robinet du lavabo mal fixé se remet facilement en place et le reset du coffre n'étant pas opérant on vous apportera gentiment la clé pour le fermer. Pour ouvrir pas de problème c'est le code que tout le monde connaît...
Rien de grave finalement.

Great hotel. I would return.
Pros:

Great Hotel. It's a bit pricey compared to some of the others. Great location, Very cute hotel, love the room. Good water pressure in the shower. Great bakery restaurant on the corner. Nice crew. I would stay here again.

Cons:

The hotel is on a side street which is great because it's not noisy, however, there was lots of homeless and garbage all over the center of the street. That could be cleaned up. Not the hotels fault but still a bit unsettling.

Pros:

Een fantastisch hotel, perfect gelegen in de wijk Poblado! De kamers zijn modern, ruim, het bed is heerlijk groot en de douche is uitstekend. Het ontbijt is goed en het personeel ontzettend behulpzaam. Een echte plus is de jacuzzi op het rooftop, perfect om te ontspannen na een dagje de stad verkennen. Absoluut een aanrader!

Una estancia increíble.
Pros:

Fue una estadía muy agradable, el cuarto estaba limpio, el baño era muy acogedor, y aunque no tuvimos una vista ideal, funcionó perfecto para nosotros. El desayuno fue bufet y estuvo muy rico, el personal muy amable, lo recomendamos al 100.

Cons:

Solamente tuvimos una vista de otro edificio en construcción en frente, no era algo grave pero nos hubiese encantado otra habitación con terraza o vista al frente.
