Nice place, but very loud noise from the street. No fee for card payments.
Pros:

The room was nice.
Hot water
No charge for paying with card

Cons:

The breakfast on booking.com it's said it's american but it's traditional and had egg soup which I didn't like so left hungry, asked for a second bunelo but it's one per person.

Very loud from the street, need to use earplugs to sleep

Pros:

El aire funciona bien y queda cerca de la terminal o aeropuerto

Cons:

El alojamiento mi ducha al abrirla se estancaba el agua lo que hacía que el baño se inundara y era incómodo, el personal de limpieza entró sin mi permiso a asear las camas por lo que sentí que se violo mi privacidad, el personal que atiende le falta más calidez y sería bueno que al llegar un huésped cuando preguntara por sitios para visitar supieran algunos, había pedido una habitación individual sin embargo me dieron una con dos camas, la habitación se sentía como un hostel y lo de la TV sería bueno pusieran Netflix o algo parecido porque de lo contrario no la usa el usuario.

Excelente hotel con personal muy amable y atento!
Pros:

Gran lugar para quedarse unos días en Bucaramanga, me encantó, sin alguna duda me quedaría aquí de nuevo si algún día regresara a Bucaramanga.

Cons:

Lo único fue que hubo bastante ruido de la calle, pero igual pude dormir bien por la noche sin mayor problema.
