el personal es lo mejor del hotel, deben mejorar mucho el internet , poner heladeras en las habitaciones no puedo tomar nada frio y por momentos hace mucho calor

el hotel debe mejorar mucho la coneccion a internet ,es demasiado mala y por momentos se va , y no es la primera vez que ocurre, otro punto a mejorar es que no tiene una heladera en la habitacion, hace por momentos mucho calor en Bucaramanga , no tener nada a mano frio para tomar es incomodo, y el desayuno debe tener mas fruta.

Cómodo pero hay mucho ruido.
Pros:

Desayuno bien. Ubicación no tanto.

Cons:

La ubicación es en zona de mucho tráfico automotor y al rededor hay muchos establecimientos de lo otra que están hasta altas horas de la noche. Entonces ni los putos de los buses ni la música deja dormir. Deben poner barreras anti ruidos en las habitaciones.
