Have stayed at SOHO on 2 occasions , the location and facilities are great.
Pros:

Great location for where we were visiting. Nice new clean hotel with full facilities.

Cons:

I think the underground carpark which was great and secure should be included in the room charge .
Although the TV had a streaming facility , if you ar'nt savvy with this system is not do-able , cable TV , Sky etc
would be a great inclusion.

Room proportion. We booked for 2 people deluxe and there was only 1 chair and tiny table in the room. Bathroom is good size. not a lot of space moving around the bed. Very huge balcony.

Pretty new, location with plenty off street free car park, capsule coffee machine, smart TV, pretty big in size

Cons:

The mirror lights in the bathroom were not working.
Recommend to use high luminance light.

The room itself is genuinely beautiful with a premium feel
The bed was comfortable and the interior styling felt five‑star
The breakfast was excellent — easily the best part of the stay and genuinely five‑star

Cons:

The “private” spa balcony has almost no privacy and is visible from neighbouring rooms and higher floors
The view is primarily motorway traffic and warehouse rooftops
Build quality and execution don’t match the luxury price point
The industrial location doesn’t suit the premium branding or cost

This place is a hidden gem! Beautiful, clean rooms and an INCREDIBLE restaurant serving food that is presented with finesse and love - looks absolutely stunning - and it tastes AMAZING. Highly recommend the pork belly.
Staff were all so friendly and accommodating. Great place and the price was so so good for what we got. Will be staying again.
