It is was relaxing and quiet even though it was by a motorway.
Pros:

The electric blinds, the bed, air conditioning, clothing space, room lighting, wifi, room service

Cons:

No door on shower, entrance door to the bathroom, tv channel options, safe wasn’t working, average finishings.

Was affordable in price but would leave it at that. Rooms didn’t feel clean which meant we didn’t feel at ease in room.
Pros:

The only thing that was good was the buffet breakfast. Good selection and waitress at the time was very friendly and attentive

Cons:

Not in a nice area. The details of the property were poor. Can tell the hotel was cheaply made with labour to cut costs. Definitely wasn’t ’luxury’.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel and room, we were upgraded and wow, recommend getting the larger room with a bath, so lovely and comfortable when you are spending time here. Dinner and cocktail were lovely too. Will definitely stay again.

Cons:

Service a little slow in restaurant, however, after they realised we were waiting to order, everything went smoothly after that initial wait.

My stay was amazing and extremely comfortable
Pros:

I haven’t had breakfast there but so far everything was amazing and the receptionists were very nice and welcoming , the rooms were clean and it had everything we needed , it’s amazing .

Cons:

There was nothing bad I loved EVERYTHING

Awesome stay in Mt Roskill
Pros:

We enjoyed the atmosphere of the reception, the outstanding service from reception staff, and the assistance they provided. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and were satisfied with the meals. The whole place seemed clean, and our room was well presented. Of note, nothing was too difficult for the reception staff, they were very obliging.

Cons:

Maybe some plain coffee sachets in the room, not everyone likes Nespresso. A very minor point!! There was very little else to disappoint, we were very happy.

2nd stay
Pros:

It's location is perfect for us. Child lives up the road in Mt Albert . It's close to city still to.
It's convenient onsite Reasturant, great for breakfast. Easy , hassel free, parking both stays. We haven't paid for parking, as lots on street. Been lucky perhaps. But good. Beds and pillows are comfortable. We are out all day , night. Hptel is to sleep. So good for us.

Cons:

Still the design of rooms. The barn slider door, on a toilet bathroom should be a No . That's the way they were designed and it's obviously in all rooms as this is our 2nd stay. Different room.

Great stays!
Pros:

I stayed twice while I was in NZ. Excellent hotel. The value for money was UNBEATABLE. Comfy beds, beautiful decor, luxury finishes. Rooms and bathrooms spacious. Great location close to the airport and city. I stayed in 326 which did have a strange smell (like old Big Macs) and 340. I got free checkout at 11am both stays. I am very sensitive to noise and had no issues with the soundproofing (although it would be great if the doors had soft closures). Special shout out to the lovely Malani :)

In response to some of the other comments - sky tv isn’t needed, most people stream tv these days. And housekeeping every three days is standard around the world now. I would agree with the person who suggested lighting up the buttons in the lifts.
