Perfect location, and helpful friendly staff
Only feedback I can make is that although the interiors are nice with the dimmed lighting, it's near impossible to read the floor numbers to press while non of them are luminated. Keep pressing the wrong floor without being able to see the numbers, and had a couple of trips with unnecessary stops at extra floors! Eventually I just started getting my phone light out to look at the buttons before pressing. Maybe a faint inlumination behind the buttons before anything is pressed?
Beds were comfy
The execution/finishing of the rooms were poor. A lot of visual defects. The wallpaper was ripped or bubbled in spots, and here was hair on the shower wall.

The breakfast was fantastic, there was so much to choose from. Definitely worth having that included in the cost of the room. The hot tubs in our rooms were amazing and just what we needed after a long drive. The rooms are so quiet and the temperature is easily controlled by the air conditioner. The shower was so good I didn't want to get out. I got room service a couple of times and it was so easy to order and extremely quick to be delivered. The bed was fairly firm but soft enough that you can sink in a little and be really comfortable and supported (which is what my bed at home is like) and there were plenty of pillows, which were also just the right balance of firm and soft. The sheets and bedding are so clean and freshly pressed. There are bedside tables which provide plenty of room. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a very calm feeling about it. We ate in the restaurant and the food was exceptional. We were all amazed at how large the portions were (especially for the very reasonable prices) and they had some vegetarian options for me. They also have meals that are vegan and gluten free as well. All of the staff that we dealt with during our stay were extremely friendly and helpful. I've stayed here a few times now and it is the first place I will look at whenever I know I need accommodation in Auckland. The parking is covered and secure and well worth paying $35 a day for. There is a Woolworths supermarket right up the road, as well s there shops and food places. It is also located right off of the SH20 exit/onramp, which is really convenient without being noisey, because the rooms are double glazed and super quiet.

Stunning fixtures and fittings felt very Luxe
We had called up the night before to pre book parking. When we arrived they wernt sure if our vehicle would fit in the last spot. It did but was frustrating to hear on check in.
It was close to the game
Not enough parking on site
Had to park on the road. That was ok since there was a park across from the hotel.
