Las instalaciones del hotel eran muy bonitas, mucha área verde, un lugar mágico. La atención por parte de Yuli era muy buena, siempre amable y atenta, incluso nos hizo recomendaciones para el transporte, nos guió en la salida del hotel, nos ayudó con referencias de tours. Los desayunos eran muy ricos y surtidos. También tuvimos la oportunidad de almorzar y cenar allí, una delicia.
El servicio de jacuzzi tenía averiado el sistema de burbujas, debieron de comentarlo antes de tomar el servicio.

Personeel (eigenaresse) was zeer onvriendelijk. Niet hulpvaardig en gastvrij. Ontbijt meerdere keren over gecommuniceerd ging niet goed. Avondeten was koud zonder iets van compensatie.
The room, the garden, the food... Everything.
If you are driving, the last kilometer is terrible. The narrow unpaved road. But doable if you are careful.

La gentilezza dello staff e la pulizia della camera/villetta. Inoltre il giardino è molto curato e le montagne attorno sono stupende. Ideale per relax.

Della struttura mi è piaciuto tutto. Sono però eccessivamente care le attività extra proposte e lontane la maggior parte delle attrattive della valle.

If you are seeking for a quiet place to relax...it has it all! However if you wish to be in the middle of the city buzz...getting to and from Sacred Valley will be a 20 min taxi ride away..

Beautiful retreat vibe in the sacred valley. On site restaurant is excellent, the room was tastefully decorated, and everything was very comfortable.
Everything was great! Be aware that it isn’t in a town, but the staff are helpful at calling taxis when needed.

I absolutely loved this place! Tucked away in the heart of the mountains, it’s surrounded by a stunning garden that adds to its charm. The room was cozy, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was done with lots of love. After a month and a half of traveling, I came here seeking peace and quiet, and it was exactly what I needed.
The nearby waterfall, just a 30-minute walk away, is an absolute must-see. If you walk a little further past the waterfall, there’s a massive rock where you can sit and take in breathtaking views of the valley below—truly magical.
The property also offers a variety of activities, so whether you want to relax, explore, or do a bit of both, it has something for everyone. A special thank you to the host for going above and beyond to make me feel at home and assisting me with translations and transportations for my journey
The property is so beautiful and the views are amazing! Also the rooms are comfortable and the host is so very kind. It was a perfect place to recuperate from the long hard travel.
Staff is very attentive, the rooms were nice, clean, etc. Food was excellent.
