Me encantó el lugar; era exactamente lo que estaba buscando. Desde que entras se siente una energía muy linda, con mucha paz y rodeado de naturaleza. Lo primero que te recibe es una montaña imponente y unas vistas increíbles al valle, algo que no se aprecia en las fotos y realmente sorprende. Pude ir muy temprano a las cataratas y la caminata fue reconfortante. Todo el camino es un sendero hermoso y, al llegar, te encuentras con un gran mirador. Si vas, no te lo puedes perder, es prácticamente obligatorio. También me encantó la comida; sin duda, fue de lo mejor que probé en Cusco. Se nota la calidad de los insumos en cada plato. Definitivamente volveré con mi familia!

Pros:

Las instalaciones del hotel eran muy bonitas, mucha área verde, un lugar mágico. La atención por parte de Yuli era muy buena, siempre amable y atenta, incluso nos hizo recomendaciones para el transporte, nos guió en la salida del hotel, nos ayudó con referencias de tours. Los desayunos eran muy ricos y surtidos. También tuvimos la oportunidad de almorzar y cenar allí, una delicia.

Cons:

El servicio de jacuzzi tenía averiado el sistema de burbujas, debieron de comentarlo antes de tomar el servicio.

Mooie rustige omgeving en locatie.

Cons:

Personeel (eigenaresse) was zeer onvriendelijk. Niet hulpvaardig en gastvrij. Ontbijt meerdere keren over gecommuniceerd ging niet goed. Avondeten was koud zonder iets van compensatie.

Relax nel valle sagrado
Pros:

La gentilezza dello staff e la pulizia della camera/villetta. Inoltre il giardino è molto curato e le montagne attorno sono stupende. Ideale per relax.
Ottima anche la cucina interna, piatti squisiti.

Cons:

Della struttura mi è piaciuto tutto. Sono però eccessivamente care le attività extra proposte e lontane la maggior parte delle attrattive della valle.

One of the highlight stays of my entire summer traveling. Excellent.

Beautiful retreat vibe in the sacred valley. On site restaurant is excellent, the room was tastefully decorated, and everything was very comfortable.

Everything was great! Be aware that it isn’t in a town, but the staff are helpful at calling taxis when needed.
