Location and bathroom good. Free breakfast is good
Room was horrible and restaurant air conditioning blowing into our window. I asked in advance for a good view and got the worst view and one of the worst room locations. I will go somewhere better next time.
Location and comfort
Building work going on from 8am was very noisy and annoying.
We were notified in advance about the water outage on the Thursday but not for the Friday one.
The proximity to Killarney
The property lacked any air conditioning. When we arrived the room was full of mosquitoes and other bugs as the windows had been left open. The breakfast was dissapointing. The exposed pipes and wires along the walls made the room feel unfinished
Bathroom was very relaxing loved the green tiles, over bed neon dim light was great mood setter. Breakfast delivery was a great touch

Room only included continental breakfast which is not adver4ised, hotel was q building site , got no rest
Room was lovely, very clean had everything you needed. Staff were really nice when dealing with.
Room was extremely warm on arrival, understandably the weather is hot but the fan in the room did not help as it didn’t work very well. The balcony doors needed to be kept open all night to keep the room cool. If there was better ventilation it would have helped

Noise ,rang down from room twice to no avail about the noise
I liked the music I'm bar.
I didn't like how the room was ridiculously small and tye staff were discussing me when I asked twice if my room was ready.
As I was doing the ring of Kerry cycle I was up and gone by 6.00 so couldn’t avail of breakfast as it didn’t start until 7.00 so for €255 checking in at 17.00 and leaving at 06.00 that was a bit expensive . Now if you thought about it loads of cyclists stay and want to leave early how hard could it be to accommodate them?? The room was spotless so no problem there parking was great so everything else was good but drinking a bottle of Huel before leaving after paying €255 I wasn’t happy

It was value for money. Plenty entertainment with very nice staff. Loved the breakfast box as I could choose the time to eat it.
I would have liked an better view in bedroom.
