There wasn’t anything to not like
Lots of amenities and services are on site. Next door to thr Arena which was why we chose Gleneagle. Staff friendly and hotel very clean and well run. Close to town centre.
A bit too noisy and too much going on. Very busy but the it was the week of the All Ireland feis so lots of international visitors. Also my husband was unwell but we still could not check in until 4pm, after a 7 hour drive.
Loved the decor of Gleneagle 67. Boxed breakfast was far better than expected.

The room was extraordinary clean, very good decor in the room, clean, everything you need, the breakfast was very good in the box. The lady in the bar was very friendly and professional.
The room was extraordinary clean, sadly can't say the same about the showers in the pool or in library...three staff at the front desk at the pool, talking to each other, no one cleaned within an hour in the showers, hairs in the showers, empty Three staff at the desk in the pool, talking to each other, but no staff cleaned in the showers within an hour, hairs in the shower, shower items , dirt on the floor. It wasn't very busy we stayed one hour in the pool and steam room, they both been clean. The in and check out, very slow, long lanes and not enough staff, at checkout one staff arguing with a guest on the phone, didn't feel good .... We brought our drinks to the library, cans on the floor, staff came in, without a tray on the way cleaning the table he lost three times the cans on the floor. He didn't see the other cans beside of the chairs...no greeting or apologies about the noises from him, unusual. Sadly something was wrong with the water, exactly one minute hot water, after that only cold water to shower for both of us...to much people taking a hot shower maybe?

There was no parking it was loud the restaurant closed at 5 there was a man pleasuring himself in the steam room the hotel had noise until 3am and a complaint was made but no one followed up
