If no maintenace for rooms happened, no way to visit it again.
Pros:

Location excellent. All the Staff Excellent. Special Thanks to Mrs Aya for her usual support and her usual response for us. Lagoon Pool very nice. Good quality of food but no variety at all. I recommend for all to have only breakfast and ignore other meals.

Cons:

Hygiene in rooms very bad. Toilets very bad odor. Drain system very bad. Furniture very old fashion. I don’t feel good with rooms at all. Not good for money value at all. Parking is very narrow for cars. No entertainment around the pool.

• The chalet has three rooms, which provides plenty of space and comfort.
• The breakfast was good and offered a pleasant start to the day.
• The location is convenient and attractive.

Cons:

I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding several issues during my stay.
• The washroom was not properly cleaned, and I found hair from shaving left behind.
• Although the check-in time was 4:00 PM, I was asked to wait in the reception area until 4:00 PM while the room was being prepared.
• I requested the Wi-Fi password several times, but I only received it after two days.
• Every time I leave the hotel and return, I am asked to provide proof that I am a guest staying at the hotel. This is inconvenient and makes me feel uncomfortable, especially since I am already a registered guest

Schönes Hotel aber Pflege ist wichtig das es so bleibt

2.Besuch in dem Hotel diesmal war der Strand fertig
Das ganze muss aber auch gepflegt werden damit es schön bleibt. Der Pool mit den Rutschen ist toll für die Kinder. Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig.

Cons:

Leider mussten wir die ersten 2Tage mehrmals nach dem Housekeeping fragen, aber wenn sie da war, war es schön sauber.

Agréable mais ni les piscines, ni la plage de l’hôtel ne sont faites pour les voyageurs occidentaux.
Pros:

Assez bon emplacement. Très grande chambre avec balcon agreable. Calme. Personnel serviable et accueillant.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner très moyen en qualité. Salle où il est servi peu agréable. Difficile, voire impossible de profiter des piscines et de la plage pour des occidentaux - surtout pour les femmes. Nous n avons pu en profiter... Déception !

There was quite a lot of construction around the hotel, which made access a bit difficult. We really wished the hotel offered a shuttle service from the main street to the hotel, as not all taxis were able to enter the hotel area. This was particularly challenging for my mom, who found the walk from the main street quite difficult.
