Deux très belles nuits au calme dans un cadre enchanteur.
Pros:

Nous étions avec ma fille et mes 2 petites filles en période de ramadan. Pas de buffet mais des petits déjeuners copieux livrés en chambre. Personnel aux petits soins. On nous a même surclassés. Je reviens dans cet hôtel toujours enchantée.

Le restaurant italien sert des plats copieux et excellents.

DO NOT STAY HERE! - IT IS DIRTY
Pros:

When you view this hotel on any platform, simply know it is a total fraud.
It's fake! The pictures on the website were probably taken from the only clean room they have clean. When I arrived to the hotel, the reception was a mess.
They had no clue how to find my reservation. After finally finding it, a staff member walked me to my room and took my room key with him after he escorted me to my room. But before he left the room, he watched me program the safe box located in the room. I was traveling with more than $20,000 US DOLLARS. I quickly switched rooms and the staff at the front desk were argumentative and not cooperative with the room move. The property looks like a tornado passed by, it is not inviting at all. The pictures the property portrayed are completely inaccurate and you will be highly disappointed. If you are accustomed to quality locations, THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR YOU!!!! You will be super upset upon arrival. If you encounter a situation with your stay, good luck getting assistance.
When I asked for someone that speaks English, they said the person was not present and I would have to wait until after the weekend. The property is managed by a Chinese company. We all know they simply want money. They are not interested in making you comfortable or providing service. When I asked about local restaurants, they told me "the restaurants around here are not good", and they urged me to eat in the hotel. However, that was not the case at all. I travel the world for a living as a doctor. Finding sanitary restaurants is the most easiest thing to do, and I found an abundance of amazing restaurants in the area. It was sad to hear the hotel speak bad about local restaurants. It's bad for commerce, and bad for business. I investigated the area before arriving and found quality hotels nearby. I left the following day to a more reputable and responsible hotel. Do your research please! Select a hotel that cares about you and your family.

Good but not professional
Pros:

Room , Swim pool , kitchen devices , Beds , cleaning staff and reception staff,WIFI

Cons:

The safe wasn't working due to missing batteries. We called them for three days, and each time they said "tomorrow," so we left the hotel without the problem being fixed.
The beach is nothing like the pictures; it's very dirty and there are no safety measures.
My reservation included breakfast, but at the dinner table, there was an annoying employee who insisted we take limited portions of food and didn't give us any choice. He even counted the sugar packets we used for our tea. When we complained, the restaurant manager resolve the issue.

Pros:

La stanza è nuova, molto bella, il letto comodo, il bagno ben strutturato. La zona piscina molto bella e rilassante.

I enjoyed visiting this city in transition.
Pros:

Convenient location for walking to the beach and Suez Canal. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with a variety of traditional and western food. Three huge swimming pools, including a heated one. Comfortable bed and our room looked on to one of the swimming pools.

Cons:

The bathroom is too small as is the shower recess. Impossible to have a shower without almost flossing the whole bathroom floor. Instant coffee was a disappointment.

Pros:

Loved the suite my family stayed in. The beach is also a plus with several seating areas that have a calm and peaceful touch. The staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The food was delicious with a variety for every taste. We tried the open buffets and dining at the hotel restaurant and we weren't disappointed. The many pools are also a plus, although a bit too cold to swim in January. Many shops, restaurants and food stalls are nearby within a short walking distance. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely visit again

Cons:

Nothing to fault really. Maybe just the surroundings of the hotel need to be cleaned because opening my window and seeing a lot of trash on the outside of the hotel wasn't a pleseant sight.
