Pros:

Staff was nice and the view was really nice to see every morning. Location was good. I just rate it as fair for the price you pay. Room was ok and clean.

Cons:

If you are tall, the bathroom is very small. It was a challenge to take a shower or even use the bathroom. The bathroom area is just 190cm tall. The restrautant is costly.

何から何まで最高のホテルでした！
Pros:

ホテルはとても綺麗で、GWで満室なのに受付やお風呂等も混み合ってなくて何よりもスタッフの方の対応が皆素晴らしかったです。
また、忘れ物をしてしまい着払いで送ってもらおうと思っていましたが、ホテル負担で送ってくれるとの事でとても感謝しています。
本当に最高のホテルでした！

Cons:

全てが最高だったので、あえてあげるなら食事なしプランで予約していて後から食事を追加したかったけど、空きがなくてホテルのバイキングが食べられなかった事が残念でした。

部屋の段差
化粧をする時の洗面台の暗さ
バイキングの時、スタッフが食べる端から食器をひいた
混んでないのに、急かされる感じがした
部屋のお風呂に入る時、下から見えない工夫がわからなかった

Absolutely excellent hotel, onsen and staff
Pros:

Great free nibbles and drinks on arrival. Onsen was excellent and extra touches like free ice creams and ice blocks and drinks after bathing. The best hotel we stayed in in Japan - the other really good one was also a Grandvrio at Miyajima

よい記念日を過ごすことができたホテルでした。ありがとうございます。
Pros:

4人部屋があるのが家族旅行で使いやすく助かりました。施設内のシャンプードレッシングサービスや、入浴場での生ビールやアイスなどの無料サービスはとても嬉しかったです。オーシャンビューの足湯サービスも嬉しかったです。夫の誕生日祝いにサプライズをお願いしたら、メッセージプレートをご準備くださいました。部屋にもメッセージをご準備くださり、とても喜んでくれました。ありがとうございます。夕食がとても美味しくて楽しかったです。最初にご用意くださった懐石料理が豪華でした。飲み放題のアルコールメニューも豊富でたのしめました。

Cons:

予約したあとに朝食無料サービスの案内に気付いたので利用できなかったのが残念でした。近々の予約だったので選択できなかったのかもしれませんが、フロアが２階だったためせっかくの海側絶景の部屋だったはずが、2階は屋根で景色がいまいちでした。予約時にフロアが選択できたら嬉しいです。
