Decent enough place, somewhat spoiled by dreadful experience finding it & host not responding.
Pros:

Spacious and very clean. Great non slip tiles in bathroom. Very close to many supermarkets. Easy walking distance to the old town. Lovely harbourside walking. Quiet at night, a little bit of usual noises daytimes.

Cons:

Cutlery wasn't great. One teaspoon, no chopping board, (we didn't want to damage the worktop so used a plate) sharp knives would struggle to cut water!. None of the apartment gets any sun at all. Directions for finding the place were dreadful. We were given the street name but nothing else! I sent several messages to the host asking for a house number or building name, anything at all. There was no response. We called in a Tourist Office and got them to phone the host. We were told he was there & would wait for us. By using Google and photos we got to outside the building. Nothing at all shows "Seaside Restaurant Apartments" on any building!. It cost us around 10 euros to phone him. To be fair he came in a few minutes, but he was meant to be waiting for us !. In 50+ years of travelling virtually all parts of the world these were the worst and most inadequate directions ever. It took 1 hour & 10 minutes for a gentle 15 minute stroll. Yo rub salt into the wound, I got a reply to my request for directions several hours after we checked in.

Прекрасное месторасположение, чисто в квартире, есть все необходимое. Но очень неудобный диван. Кровать в спальне для двоих нормальная, но для третьего человека диван неудобен.

Pros:

Dzīvokļi bija tīri un ērti, ir nodrošināts viss nepieciešamais. Jūra un promenāde ir ļoti tuvu, vecpilsēta nelielas pastaigas attālumā. Kopumā noteikti iesaku šeit apmesties!

Cons:

Jārēķinās, ka apkārtējais rajons ir būvniecības stadijā, nepabeigtās jaunceltnes bojā skatu uz jūru un nemitīgās būvlaukuma skaņas neļāva izbaudīt iespēju iziet uz balkona.

Prima locatie, karige inrichting.
Pros:

De locatie is prima. Drie minuten lopen van de boulevard en 10 minuten van het oude centrum.
Een supermarkt naast de deur. Je kan een parkeerkaart krijgen voor de parkeerplaats grenzend aan het appartement voor 10 euro per 24 uur. Je kan dan in en uit rijden.

Cons:

Het appartement is heel karig que aankleding. Geen tafel met eetstoelen, alleen een bar met 3 barkrukken. Er staat ook bedbank maar deze is heel hard en slaapt niet comfortabel. Daarnaast is er geen makkelijke stoel oid. We verbleven er 6 nachten maar moesten zelf om een 2e set baddoeken vragen. Er stond dat er ook toiletpapier was maar zelf na een verzoek voor nog een rolletje, werd deze niet geleverd.

Отличный вариант для жизни, хорошее расположение, близко к морю, рядом магазины, аптеки, кафе. В Будве все близко. Сам дом хороший. Общение с арендодателем комфортное. Спасибо.

Apartament zadbany. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Lokalizacja świetna (chyba najlepsza z możliwych). Przy samym nadmorskim deptaku. Blisko starówki. Dookoła sklepy, sklepiki, knajpki, piekarnie. Dosłownie wszystko na wyciągnięcie ręki. Widok z balkonu na morze. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Jedyny minus to dość słaby internet ale to akurat najmniejszy problem. Mogę polecić w stu procentach. ❤️
