The staff were so lovely and friendly and nothing was a problem. Vladimir was a wonderful driver and escort to dinner! Great restaurant recommendations and breakfast on the terrace was amazing - recommend the delicious Shashuka. The pool is a lovely peaceful retreat from the busy beach area, much preferred relaxing here. A couple of very friendly cats live in the area - buy some food from the local market to feed them, or slip them some dinner at one of the nearby restaurants.

Extremely friendly staff. They make us feel that they are truly happy that we’re here. Prime location, very easy access to the beach. Room is big with nice view and great interior. Incredible restaurant with breathtaking view and delicious food.
It’s overall great but may be more hooks / bars in the bathroom for double room?

All other staff, particularly reception, were professional and helpful.
Unfortunately you’ve only ever as good as your weakest link. And when you charge top rates you can’t afford to make mistakes that substantially impact your guests stay.
Rooms were large and comfortable and the view was excellent from all locations
Everything - it’s a great place for quiet and to relax - staff is amazing and accommodating and always there to assist you with anything

I travel quite a bit internationally. I’ve stayed at many 5* hotels. This is one of the most memorable. The boutique nature of it means every guest is ensured a personalized experience. The staff is incredible. The room was amazing. The spa is spectacular. The restaurant menu is superb. And the views…!!!
O melhor hotel que já fiquei na vida, estrutura impecável, comida saborosa, todas as amenities que você possa imaginar e o Staff é um show a parte, até o nosso carro eles lavaram, agradecimento especial à Milica que tornou tudo ainda mais agradável.
We received a very warm welcome. Nothing was missing during our stay. The staff was very competent and friendly. Dinner on the terrace in the restaurant "Muse" is a must.
