Terrible, dirty, unsafe

Cons:

Everything was so bad and dirty. First off all of the doors had same password so it wasnt safe at all. Second of all, the bedsheets were so dirty that they had turned yellow instead of white. I think the other comments on booking about this property are completely lies. It was the worst experience for us.

Overall, the price was correct because they were having a good discount, plus very close metro stop
Pros:

The location does not have own parking for cars as stated in the presentation. They offer it for 10 euro/ day. Fortunately there are some "parking places" behind the hotel, on the grass, pretty unsure though - it is a place where people throw garbage.

Cons:

Transparency regarding the parking before arriving to the premises. Actually, it seems to be a current practice for Thessaloniki hotels, they claim there are free parking places around, which is very improbable to find...

Cons:

Την 2η μέρα στο ασανσέρ δνε λειτουργούσε με αποτελέσματα οι βαλιτσες να μεταφέρονται για 3 ορόφους με τα χέρια. Εχει Air condition για θέρμανση και το ηλεκτρικό σώμα που είχε στο μπάνιο έριχνε την ασφάλεια όταν το σύνδεσα στο ρεύμα

Pros:

Large room, clean, comfortable bed, some sweets in the room + coffee.

Cons:

During arrival I was not aware that check in is online.
Whats Up message was sent from outside link, without any name of the hotel. I though it is spam.
I was not sure at 23:00 about this location and to enter hotel they asked me to fill up link, showing my ID and other details (on the street, with some strangers around).
Room was fine but shower was broken. Balcoon fine however with "no view, just other buildings".
No chance to eat something in the hotel or in this area, during late arrival. Good they provided some biscakes.
I think communication shoud be improved, especially when hotel staff is aware about late arrival. Whats Up + message by email should have name of the hotel.

Έμεινα ευχαριστημένη θα το προτιμούσα ξανα
Pros:

Το δωμάτιο που μείναμε ήταν πολύ καλό. Καθαρό όταν μπήκαμε, άνετο και ευρύχωρο για δύο άτομα. Εύκολο check-in με κωδικούς χωρίς reception. Πετσέτες είχε back up σε περίπτωση που χρειαζόμασταν. Απόσταση περίπου 25λ με τα πόδια από τον Λευκό πύργο. Βρήκαμε πολύ εύκολα να παρκαρούμε στο δρόμο έξω ακριβώς από το ξενοδοχείο χωρις να πληρώσουμε παρκινγκ.

Cons:

Σε γενικες γραμμές είναι value for money. Στις τρεις μέρες που μείναμε θα θέλαμε να μας το καθαρίσουν γιατί δεν μπηκαν μέσα όσο ήμασταν εμείς. Αλλα ήμασταν και λίγες μερες Είχε back up καθαρές πετσέτες οπότε δε χρειαστήκαμε αλλά πχ θα ήταν καλό αλλαγή στο καλαθάκι. Επίσης η ντουζιέρα χρειάζεται ραφάκι για να τοποθετήσεις τα δικά σου προϊόντα και να μη τα έχεις στο πάτωμα.

Great stay.
Pros:

Great for the price, great water pressure, nice amenities.

Cons:

Just the overhead shower wasn’t tight enough so the water spilled out the edges instead of being a normal rain shower. Also the toilet seat didn’t stay up. Just put a little velcro on it and the wall to make it stay up.
