Εξαιρετικά τα δωμάτια, πολύ καθαρά, πολύ όμορφα και εργονομικά. Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που επισκεπτόμαστε το κατάλυμα και είναι σίγουρη επιλογή για τις επόμενες φορές μας στο Ηράκλειο. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό, εύκολη πρόσβαση και κοντά στο κέντρο. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Would stay again without hesitation.
Pros:

I've been travelling to Greece from the US very often for the last 40+ years. The last few I've gone every summer. I travel around a bit and have rented many, many places. Porta Suites was the best place I've stayed in. If I were to go to Heraklion, I would stay there again without hesitation.
It had everything I needed. Washing machine, full kitchen, silverware, iron and ironing board. The unit itself felt brand new with modern appliances and fixtures. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The unit with the terrace (which I had rented) was on the ground floor. (I had incorrectly assumed it would have been on the top floor). So I had no view and everyone above me could see me out of their balconies.
