La atención pésima desde que uno llega hasta que se va, las recepcionistas no tienen noción de lo que es un servicio al cliente, llegamos a pedir el desayuno y por 10 que pasaban de las 9, nos lo negaron. La cama estaba comoda pero el aire acondicionado te pega en la cara y solo ponen una sabana. NO LO RECOMIENDO!

No contraten el hotel por la página de hotels.com
Pros:

Reservé una habitación para 4 personas con dos camas tamaño Queen. El pago fue procesado normalmente y recibí mi comprobante al correo electrónico como de costumbre. Sin embargo, al presentarme al hotel la recepcionista me dijo que el hotel no trabaja con la página hotels.com y que no tenía ninguna habitación para mí. Yo le mostré la página de hotels.com donde en efecto aparece el hotel y ella aun así negó que las habitaciones del hotel puedan contratarse de esa forma y me repitió que no tenía habitación. Ante la falta de respuesta, le pedí que me comunicara con su superior, ella le llamó al teléfono y él me repitió la historia, me recomendó que yo planteara el reclamo a la página de hotels.com para que me devolvieran en pago. Luego de una discusión que se prolongó por vario minutos, mi interlocutor aceptó gestionar de su parte el pago con hotels.com y darme una habitación, sin embargo, el hotel ya no contaba con el tipo de cuarto que yo había solicitado, por lo que me ubicaron en una más pequeña, que tenía 2 camas matrimoniales y sin vista. Me devolvieron la diferencia del costo y me otorgaron unas gaseosas de cortesía. NO CONTRATEN el hotel a través de la plataforma de hotels.com.

The best employees!
Pros:

Good, clean and comfortable.
Nice quiet location, you can see the mountains too.
They also give you breakfast. I will stay here again whenever I’m in town.

Pros:

The surrounding property environment is safe and amiable for runners/joggers and families. It is well maintained and have well trained professional staff. I enjoyed their varied breakfast menue included with the hotel fee.
