Pros:

Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο.
Βρίσκεται σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο.

The location is amazing. Very pretty neighbourhood.

I don’t understand how this property has these reviews. It is called luxury and has nothing to do with luxury except the neighbourhood where close is a street with dior, bvlgari,…
The owner is an arrogant person. He confirmed our check-in time for 10 am in the morning literally couple of hours before our flight. We text him from the airport train that we are in the train and need the self check-in details. He texts back, that the room will be available at 3pm. I ask him how that is possible as he confirmed our time at 10am. He said something about last minute booking what didn’t make sense - since he confirmed at 11pm in the night. So we leave our bags and go out. This person doesn’t even text us the room is ready. We had to text him and ask if we can finally get to our room. We called him, his behaviour was very rude. We come in the apartment- hair everywhere from swiping the floor. The flat had no heaters just ac and it was super cold. We ask about a heater he said there is one under the closet which of course it wasn’t. We text him that and there he stopped responding. The kitchen was dirty. The windows rusty and moldy. The best was the one toilet paper roll that was left in the apartment that looked like it had fallen into the toilet multiple times.

Central, clean, excellent value for money
Pros:

The apartment was clean, had the necessary utilities for cooking, making tea/coffee, fridge, etc. There was a mid stay cleaning service, which worked well.
The location was perfect - close enough to the Plaka district and to a central metro station.
The communication with the staff was completely digital and it worked excellent - they sent us necessary information for check-in, cleaning service, etc in a timely manner, they were responding very fast and they kindly supported with a special request we had. So even though there was no personal contact, we still felt like they are there for us if we need anything.
I would definitely book with them again if i returned to Athens, 100% recommend it.

Cons:

The elevator was very old fashioned, small, and sometimes, if the door was not properly closed on any floor, it didn't work, you had to walk upstair and close the door properly wherever it was stuck, so that it works. But once you got the idea, it was manageable.
In the apartment, as everywhere in Athens, it is not allowed to throw toilet paper in the toilet, just be aware.
There is no running hot water. Before showering the water boiler must be started ca. 20 minutes in advance. It was no problem though, worked perfectly.
Power socket on both sides of the bed would be nice ( was only on one side).

Very comfortable place to stay for our trip to Athens
Pros:

Great location and in good condition with quality bedding and pillows. It was the most comfortable of the many Athens apartments we’ve rented.

It did, just, the work for the purpose i booked it.

Cons:

No electricity for hours late at night. Warm water only with boiler. Narrow at bedroom/ main room. Dust in the balcony. Cheap furniture and overall aesthetics for the name you market it online and photos taken. Location does all the marketing itself.
