The lack of electricity through the entire stay! Shortly after check-in the electric went off in the entire hotel and did not return by the time I checked out the next day. It may even still be off now! As a result there was no light throughout the entire hotel, no air-conditioning, no electricity to charge phones, and there was no way to re-enter the hotel if you left due to the electric keypad door and no receptionist
I had to let other guests in myself as I heard them shouting and banging on the outside doors through the night. It was impossible to sleep anyway die to the lack of Aircon making the room insufferably hot, opening the window on to the noisy street offered a small breeze, but the noise in the street continues through the night into the morning. Going up and down the hotel stairs was extremely dangerous due to the lack of light.

In the morning when I could see the hotel furnishings, it was clear that the hotel is faded and in dire need of renovation. The mattress was uncomfortable and needs replacing.

DO NOT STAY HERE OR IN ANY OTHER BE UNIQUE HOTELS!!!

The hotel has recently been taken over by another company, so the check-in experience is now online through a difficult to use platform, rather than in reception. This means there is also no longer any luggage storage service so they offer you a paid service from another company. Also no breakfast was offered.

הלוואי ויכולתי לתת חוות דעת טובה על המקום. הדבר היחיד שאני יכולה להעיד עליו הוא המיקום - מיקום מצוין, אבל מצד שני עלול להיות רועש כי הוא מוקף בטברנות, ברים ובתי קפה. אני לא יכולה לכתוב מעבר מהסיבה הפשוטה שפשוט לא ישנתי שם.

הזמנתי את החדר שלי לפני חודשים, שילמתי מראש כמה ימים לפני ההגעה על פי המדיניות.
כשבועיים לפני ההגעה שלי קיבלתי עיודכון שההנהלה התחלפה ושמעכשיו מדובר בצ׳ק אין עצמאי ללא נציג במקום, לא משהו חריג בנוף.
הבעיה התחילה כשהגעתי למקום, פעלתי על פי ההוראות והמפתח שלי לא היה במקום בו הוא היה צריך להיות - אולי נלקח בטעות, אולי פספסו אותי, לא יודעת. אני תמיד נותנת קרדיט, והייתי ממתינה במקום אם מישהו מטעם המלון היה מגיב להודעת הוואטסאפ (בהוראות אמרו לפנות אליהם דרך הצ׳ט לכל דבר) במשך כשעה ויותר. כתבתי שוב ושוב, פניתי דרך המייל של ההוראות (קיבלתי תגובה מטופשת ומיותרת לחלוטין), פניתי דרך בוקינג.קום - כלום. אפס תגובה. השאירו אותי לבד, נטושה ב״לובי״ של המבנה עד שקמתי והלכתי למלון אחר כ15 דקות צעידה משם.
ההזמנה שלי בוטלה דרך נציגי בוקינג.קום + החזר כספי של יותר מ200 יורו על עוגמת נפש לא סבירה.

Photos are misleading, the property is actually smaller than it looks, the walls are paper thin (you could hear your neighbour phone vibrating) and you wake up easy to guests moving in and out of the property. Asked for specific things prior to my trip, that were not there and were only provided on the last day. No-one is in the property, and you need to call a random Spanish agency that doesn't even know the property at all. They had a lead on the entrance of the property, coming from the fact the cleaners left the shower running in my flat, and I had to spend hours on the phone trying to make them aware of the situation, and they couldn't care less.

Keine Rezeption, wir standen vor verschlossener Tür. Es wurde vorher ein Link verschickt, mit dem man sich registrieren musste, um Zugang zu erhalten, Booking.com erlaubt aber keine Links in Nachrichten. Das sollte das Hotel wissen. Amateurhaft. Das schlechteste Service-Erlebnis, das ich je mit einem Hotel hatte. Dazu war das Shampoo in der Dusche leer, das Zimmer sehr eng und viele weitere Kleinigkeiten, die störten. Insgesamt habe ich keinen Schimmer, wie das Hotel an die guten Bewertungen gekommen ist. Sucht euch bitte ein anderes, es gibt genug.

Glitch during check-in, did not recoeve message as it takne over by another firm but guests did not get message and hve to wait to get in

Found different type of hair and dirt in the corners when entering the first time. Cleaning is not a thing. Grease and dirt in quite a lot of places.
Walls are coming off.
Shower appliances are used off or not working. It was either hot or cold - no comfort. Toilet is not flushing with one button just broken. Shelf's are also breaking down.

Typical cash cow of foreign investor - do your research on the owner.

Pretty loud at night, also in the hotel when guests come home late and keep having conversations on the floor.
Rooms are really tiny and not made for two people.
Would never book again and I'm confused with the high ratings.

Felt quite small. But that’s okay for a central location.
