overall disappointing, especially in the restaurant.
Pros:

The rooms were faultless, clean with excellent facilities.

The beach location was great with adequate sunbeds and parasols.

Cons:

The hotel lacked atmosphere. The few staff were friendly but there seemed to be no overall management.
Breakfast was average, dinner was very disappointing so we went out to eat after two days.
In the hotel there were no brochures , leaflets, maps or even a bus timetable to inspire guests to go on trips such as the boat to Gramvousa. No information provided in our room even about the hotel.

A strand közelsége, felszereltsége.
A stradbár étel kínálata és annak minősége kiváló .
A kis öböl rész még szeles időben is alkalmas fürdőzésre.

Cons:

Mi már ismertük a helyet , így tudtuk lépcsőn kell felvinni a bőröndöket a Recepcióhoz. Kis kerülővel ez a cipekedés csökkenhető, de kell hozzá információ vagy helyismeret.

Very please with hospitality and service, cosy & perfectly clean room, despite the sandy beach.
Pros:

Breakfast is almost superb, never run out of anything as they really take care even of fresh omelettes every half hour. Planty of croissants and other sweeties.
All the stuff is incredibly nice and helpful, always with a smile what makes your day really Sunny.

Charmant petit hotel
Pros:

Deuxième séjour dans cet hotel que j'affectionne particulièrement.
Le personnel est adorable et très serviable.
Jolie chambre, excellente literie, balcon avec vue.
Calme hors saison malgré que l'hotel semblait complet.
Petit déjeuner buffet simple, diverses sortes de pain et bon café.
J'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Cons:

Un plateau bouilloire dans la chambre serait top !

Almost idyllic!
Pros:

The upgraded room we had was great - faced the sea, and very well designed. Comfortable bed. Loved the few steps to the beautiful beach and free sunbeds.
Staff were very friendly and quick to help.

Cons:

The shower cubicle leaked over the floor.
We decided to stay another night and had to change rooms. The second room was perfectly acceptable, but being on the other side looked out on another hotel with only a glimpse of sea.
We'd have liked to be able to make a hot drink in our room, or at least get one somewhere in the hotel outside of mealtimes.

Perfect location for a quiet and relaxing vacation if you choose a room with a sea view. The opposite side of the hotel is facing a main road with a lot of traffic. Nice beach with soft sand in front of the hotel and calm clean sea which is suitable also for small children. The room was cleaned every day and the bed was comfortable.The breakfast is standard and the same every day with good quality. Coffee is not good during the breakfast but you could drink real espresso or cappuccino on the beach bar and to enjoy watching the sea. The hotel staff is very friendly and could help you with useful local information for transport, what to visit and even to book you some additional activities or transfer to the airport. The location of the hotel is perfect to visit the famous beaches in this area of the island like: Balos, Falasarna and Elafonisi. Next to the hotel is located a small shop where you could buy what you need. Around the hotel up to 5-10 minutes on foot we found a couple of nice restaurants with delicious and fresh local food. You could drink cocktails in the evening in any of the nearest restaurants and bars directly on the beach and the music is not loud. The center of Kissamos is up to 15-20 minutes on foot where you can find more shops, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. In general we recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing vacation. It could be boring for younger people who are looking for parties and extensive night life.

Cons:

Half board is a little strange with the concept of pre ordering for your dinner the main dish between 2 offered dishes while you go for breakfast. The dinner is enough as a quantity but you could not like some of the food which is directly served on your table and the restaurant staff will ask you why you do not like it if you don't eat it. We would not choose half board for our potential next visit but only breakfast. The bathroom and the toilet were separated in the room only with matt walls and doors and the feeling is that there is not enough privacy.

Personale gentile e disponibile e si mangia molto bene, Spiaggia privata proprio sotto hotel
Pulizia perfetta.

Cons:

le camere sono ristrutturate all'esterno che bisogno di un po' di ristrutturazione
