Que huele a antiguo, y que solo un ascensor funcione. Terrible la espera para bajar del piso 6.
El desayuno demasiado básico para 25 dólares diarios, y encima te cobraban aparte por servir huevos.

Chambre vieillotte, sombre, sale, avec de la moquette de l’âge de la création de l’hôtel je pense, salle de bain horrible avec éclairage de prison.
Un ascenseur pour tout l’hôtel.
Petit dej mauvais avec en résumé du pain de mie à toaster.
Piscine non chauffée et à l’ombre dès le milieu d’aprem.

Me hicieron 2 cobros de 150 supuestamente por equivocación

They did not have our rooms ready. It took all day before we could get a room. They lost my check in sheet. No body was prepared. I had ants on my bed and the bed sheets did not fit the bed. It was half on.

Solo funcionaba un ascensor

Estructura vieja, muy mala limpieza, un ascensor solo en funcionamiento, desayuno muy básico y no recomendable

Everything could have been better. Breakfast was very odd, I’ve never seen canned tuna as a protein before. In its tub on the counter. That was weird and gross. Next up, check in was super late and we were given the wrong room! Paid for an oceanfront king and did not get it. It’s about 6 pm when we should have gotten in the room at 3. We settle in and nap right away. Someone was given a key and opened our door. We called the front desk and complained. They apologized. About two hours later it happened again!!!’ TWICE the front desk gave keys to people to check into the room we were already sleeping in!!! This place is a giant safety concern!! Then the next day we complain and get the correct room around 11Am There was no hot water and the AC was stuck on 65. We left and went to the hotel across the street for the rest of the stay. We didn’t even stay the whole time because it was so unsafe and uncomfortable. Elevators didn’t work either. Been in contact with booking.com and the hotel for weeks now working on getting a full refund. Hello! I’m still here! Give me
My refund and booking.com yall should not be partnered with Sherry Frontenac anymore. Someone needs to buy this place out.

Purtroppo il riscaldamento non è presente, anche se citato tra le caratteristiche dell'albergo. Era uno dei motivi per cui avevo scelto questo hotel e nei giorni di maltempo in cui ho soggiornato purtroppo nella stanza c'era troppo freddo. Alla richiesta sul riscaldamento ci sono state offerte delle coperte in più che abbiamo accettato.
Venivano cambiati giornalmente gli asciugamani ma la pulizia del pavimento stranamente non veniva eseguita.

Das Hotel ist mehr als in die Jahre gekommen. Der Fahrstuhl verschmutzt, ein Fahrstuhl defekt. Frühstück keine Qualität. Eierspeisen kosten extra! Für den Preis hätte man mehr erwartet als das was einem geboten wird.
