In the room number 605 there was an AC pipe making constant noise right next to the bed. Even ear plug did not helped me. Only one elevator working, very slow

El desayuno, hay que pagar por huevos casi 10 dólares.
El aseo de la habitación lo hacían un día si y un día no

One of the worse hotels I have been!!
Pros:

Comfortable bed

Cons:

Breakfast is just bread and cereals basically.
Constant smell of drugs and painting in corridors. Lifts getting stuck constantly. 4 days without room service despite multiple requests and complaints. Raining inside bedroom and nothing done. Was refused to move bedrooms.

I met Kevin (new ownership team) I am hopeful that changes will be made or I will not return.
Pros:

I was told for the price I was paying that breakfast was included. It was not, we I had to pay each day for breakfast. The only breakfast items included were coffee, juice and toast.

Cons:

Common areas like the lobby and pool bathrooms were sub-par. I had to make multiple requests everyday just to get the room cleaned.

Beachfront and the pool

Cons:

The staff, the rooms were horrible. They smelled like mildew and bug spray. My room was changed four times. I didn’t have air-conditioning. I didn’t have a bathtub. I paid way too much money.
