I Loved how the property was so clean. The staff was Magnificent. In the future while i will be staying while in town. You have to park your car next door to valet which is $40 a night and you have to pay resort fees $33 a night the pool was very clean and i was very amazed with the waiter briniging you your drinks poolside and beach side. She was magnificent as well.
The parking. Need more than one elevator just only one was operating.
La situación junto la playa
Necesita mejoras de mantenimiento
Y limpieza diaria
Todo
They held our luggage until it was time to check in and also after checkout. We were able to get wristbands to get beach chairs while waiting to check in. The lobby has bathrooms and a drinking fountain and lots of couches.. It’s very easy to feel comfortable while waiting to check in or waiting to leave.. they don’t mind if the pool is used after hours. They let you use the pool after you check out.
They didn’t have beach towels at a certain time and wish breakfast was until 11
The beach view
The elevator was broke and kept getting stuck, there were holes in the ceiling in the cafeteria with water dripping down caution tape and a bunch of random containers to contain the dripping ceiling that looked it was going to cave in and they had free breakfast but had sliced cheese and bologna and cereal, the milk container looked clumpy like it hadn’t been cleaned, the bedroom had mold everyone, the door was so stuck I needed two people to pry it open, there is a gigantic window from the bedroom to bathroom so everyone could see you taking a shower (my bf called it the pdiddy room), it was really uncomfortable and gross.
The property and concept is very good. It has a resort style feel to it. It was definitely family friendly, in the Miami sense. The view is awesome. I believe with adjustments this can be a great place and an awesome resort.
The elevators to the south tower (rooms with balconies) were only working one at a time.
The main building was overall hot, I do suggest that they get a bigger or more updated Air conditioning system.
There is no parking on site, we had to park at the hotel next door ($90 for 4 days).
There was only one waitress who was going around the poolside and beach location (she was great!) But they definitely need to hire more people so that everyone can be attended timely.
The carpet in the hallway to our room was joined to another (different style carpet) with masking tape.
Our neighbor said they got stuck in the elevator in between floors, and had to climb out.
The beds were full size and very springy, in which if someone (husband) moved, I would feel everything.
The breakfast was only cereal, yogurt, fruit. If you want cooked food you will have to pay for it ($2 pancake, $3 scrambled eggs, etc).
The poolside food was set for Miami Beach prices ($20 for 7 chicken fingers and fries).
The included towels for the poolside/beach were non-existent: the employees said there was not enough for everyone.
They only had two hotel pool floats.
The bar overcharged me, the menu said 1 corona is $5.99, I got 2 and they charged me $14 before taxes. Perhaps, adding an all inclusive package would be better.
The beach was full of seaweed, but shallow for a ways out.
Water is browner in color, not blue.
For checkout at 11 am, to stay until 3 they wanted $145 plus tax which is more than what I paid for a night (Thursday checkout).
The fan in our room did not have a chain, we had to ask maintenance to come out, as the AC would never catch up with the heat.
There are adjoining rooms, the people on the other side smoked cigarettes and the smell came into our room.
The outlets (there was only 3 disposable as the others were being used) only 1 worked.
The TV does not have a ton of channels and most movies are blocked l, nickelodeon channel, Disney channel.
The photos on the website don't match reality; when you arrive at the hotel and enter the room, it's horrible, and the bathrooms are ugly.
Dirty pool
Booking com said parking included but they did not had parking. They also said booking com always confuses guests with parking that we don’t have.
Location and the pool area.
It wasn't very clean and breakfast was very poor.
Breakfast is supposed to be served from 7am - 11 am, but when you go for breakfast at 9 am. There is nothing except bananas and coffee.
Everything from the begining was a hot mess ac was down in the lobby, No Parking available had to pay the Hotel next door $30 a day to park... The room that was booked was not available ac down as well, we were placed in smaller room, we did not like the accomidations. Ruined our wedding anniversary!!!!
From the moment we got in after 4 we had to wait a long line for checking ,it was ridiculous only 2employees working at the front desk
We booked 2 days ended staying only 1 cause this place is horrendous rooms furniture very old no microwave no comfort at all what made me packed my things and leave was seeing roaches crawling in the bathroom that was it !!! they never did the bed
The pool was okay. And the bartender was pretty friendly.
The staffs is aware third party is advertising free parking but the hotel does not have parking at all. Upon checking they send me walking to go find my own place to park. Also, i booked for a half ocean view; during check in, I’m told my room got upgraded, once i got to the room, it was nothing like an upgrade. Instead of queen size beds, we got full size beds, there was a constant banging from the moment we checked in until check out which made it unbearable to sleep. The bathrooms were very small, only thing good about the room was that we could watch the soccer game. WiFi kept getting disconnected which was annoying because i was working. I had to check out very early because i was not able to sleep during the night. The AC unit makes a lot of noise on top of the constant banging from upstairs. So if anyone is going there and you’re driving be prepared to find another place to park and walk to the location.
