Le lit était confortable et la situation de l’hôtel est superbe tout comme la piscine et la plage !
Les photos des chambres ne sont pas conformes et gérées par IA, en réalité elles sont beaucoup moins neuves et avec une forte odeur d’humidité..
Le petit déjeuné n’est vraiment pas terrible et si l’ont souhaite des œufs ou autre il faut payer un supplément, sinon il y a vraiment le strict minimum !!
De plus il est indiqué qu’il y a un parking sur booking alors que ce n’est pas le cas, c’est le parking d’un autre hôtel et qui, en plus, est payant !
Annonce pas totalement honnête
Accès direct à la grande plage, malheureusement envahie par les sargasses, grande et belle piscine. L'accès à South Beach et à Miami est simple via les transports en commun
Hôtel vieillissant qui demanderait à être restauré. L'hôtel aurait mérité une meilleure note, mais plusieurs inconvénients contribuent à la baisser :
Tout d'abord l'accueil au comptoir d'enregistrement : la personne qui nous a accueillis était dans un état second, totalement incompréhensible, incapable de nous donner le moindre renseignement, seule pour accueillir de nombreuses personnes. Heureusement le personnel, les autres jours, était « normal »
L'hôtel ne possède pas de parking et , il faut le savoir, il n'y a aucun parking gratuit à Miami Beach. Nous avons du nous garer dans un parking public, avec un système de paiement(1 $ de l'heure sauf de 23h00 à 8h00) assez complexe (chargement d'une application, paiement possible seulement pour 3 heures consécutives...)
Nous avons été piqués par des bugs (puces, punaises..?) dans notre chambre, laissant des boutons qui ont mis plus de 15 jours à disparaître. Fort désagréable.
Breakfast was ok if you wanted toast and liked wheat bread, breakfast was very ,very very limited and to purchase a egg was plain robbery 10.00 for 2 eggs.
I didn't like that my personal important papers had no place to be kept safe. I went to use the safe in the room and it was in error. I call front desk and inquired about it. After 2 calls a guy came to my room to clear the safe for use. This is were the trouble began I ended stuck in my room because he was unable to repair the safe and left after I had to set in the room for him to fix or relpace the safe, which never happen.. Well at 8:40 pm there was another guy came to my room to try to fix and again the safe could t be fix so the removed the broke safe and replace with another safe and just sat it in the closet and left. I called the help desk and express that the problem was NOT resolved and my belongings was not safe; because the safe they put in the closet was not belted to the wall therefore making it easy for anyone to carry off the safe with my important papers and wallet could be taken. He stated oh well they put another one in there and why wasnt it safe. I expressed to him that I lost a hold day of vacation having to set in a room while they unsuccessfully corrected the problem and still I was not able to be provided safety for my belongings. The attendant comes after 9 again to play with the safe. I refused them to come in at that time of night to work on the safe because I spent over 2 1/2 hours of my vacation in my room while they played with the broken safe. I was never offered another room or any kind of support. The nerve to have a guy come at that time of night was very unprofessional and disrespectful as well. I had 3 other family member staying in thr building as well, so I used their safe foe my safety of my belongings.
