Las sábanas, fundas de almohadas y toallas estaban sucias y manchadas. Aunque estaban lavadas. La burbuja estaba en malas condiciones. Los precios de la comida estaban elevados y pocas opciones de menú. La atención y el servicio del personal muy amables y atentos siempre y muy serviciales. El concepto está genial, pero para el costo, debería tener mejor mantenimiento las instalaciones.

It was good. we got a bubble we didn’t like and they changed it in minutes. The rain in the night was chefs kiss - had a great sleep. Food was great too. I would go back.

Fue una experiencia nueva y divertida. Sin embargo me parece importante que se diga que hacen falta algunos detalles, el cierre exterior de la burbuja en la que nos alojamos estaba en mal estado y no cerraba bien. Por otro lado, la cocina no es muy cómoda para cocinar, los platos estaban mal lavados cuando llegamos y hacen falta artículos de cocina para más comodidad, como tablas de picar.
El servicio fue excelente, la atención de personal muy amable.
Seguro repetiremos esta experiencia!

The stay was wonderful and I definitely will be returning but there were a few problems.
The water pressure in the shower changed over night and the pressure reduced significantly. In addition, the detachable shower head didn’t work and the heater for the jacuzzi didn’t work either. Stay was everything I could imagine and more but was disappointed by the jacuzzi not being able to be used for a chunk of the stay.

Also, thank you to the staff that helped me carry my suitcase up and down the trail! And thanks to Rocky for being so energetic.

This is a very unique property for glamping in Guatape. The Bubble was clean and inviting, the jungle setting beautiful and serene. Perfect if you’re looking for peace, to be in nature and to reset from regular life. They offer a small menu and will deliver food to your bubble or you can cook the food. Amazing experience.
