所在位置十分優越，捷運出口走幾分鐘就到。淋浴空間蠻乾淨，蓮蓬頭水量水溫適中。前台員工親切有禮。

Cons:

基礎設施極度陳舊，壁紙油漆斑駁且多處髒污，地板不平多處有裂縫，矽利康都剝落了。清潔有待加強，馬桶上有前住客留下的毛髮。空調運轉聲大且無法關閉導致影響休息。隔音差，走廊動靜非常清楚。
