Pros:

チェックイン後に外出が出来て、高知の街並みを観光することができました。毎回高知の旅行の際はお世話になってます。ホテルの中も清潔で、アメニティーも豊富なので安心して宿泊することができます。今回窓口にハンドクリームが置いてあり、一つ頂きました。ありがたいです。また高知に旅行に行く際は利用させていただきます。

トータル良かった！また利用したい。

連泊したのですがタオル・アメニティも追加でもらえて良かった。
モーニングが安い！
ウェルカムドリンクがあり良かった！
仕事での宿泊で夜も飲みに行く時に、ひろめ市場迄のタクシーを呼んで頂いたり、スタッフさんが話しやすくて良かった。
居酒屋さんも近くにあり（徒歩3分位）凄く雰囲気が良く、コインランドリーがすぐそこにある（地下駐車場から徒歩１分）のも良かった。

Cons:

ベッドサイドのテーブルが黒い天板なのに埃が目立ってた。
お風呂のシャワーフックがグラグラで取れそうだった。
洗面所にティッシュがあればなお良かったかな。
モーニングの説明がなかったので同僚は頼むのが遅くて食べれず。
ソファの座る真横の壁（変な場所に）絵が飾ってあるので、なぜ？と思い裏を見てみると……お札ではなく、ただ工事の跡で壁に穴が開いたままでした。穴を塞いで壁紙を貼るだけで絵が不要になるので修繕した方がソファも使いやすくなると思います。ただドキドキ感が味わえました！
