Staff was friendly especially Fatima who work as receptionist
Staff was friendly mostly fatima
I enjoyed engaging with the staff who were very friendly, I felt safe throughout my stay, and the WiFi was strong. While some might be concerned about the location, I like seeing the downtown Kampala that visitors never get to see.
There was no food at the venue. No breakfast and no food to buy either. I didn't like showering with a bucket. And the visible cobwebs on the roof did not inspire confidence in the cleanliness of the place.

The lady Sarah was very helpful and went out of her way to assist the best way she could.
The hot water does not function, and when I tried to ask for help they kept telling me it works when it doesn't.
Later in the morning had to follow up from 6am to 9am for them to send a lady who just came and saw it doesn't work but Sarah helped me boil water in a kettle but also there was no bucket to use.
Overall, I was really disappointed with that.
