I was very satisfied with my stay. The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, and equipped with everything I needed. It was clear that great attention had been paid to every detail, which made my stay very comfortable. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The hosts were incredibly friendly and gave me a very warm welcome. Everything was exactly as we had agreed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for modern, well-equipped, and high-quality accommodation in Zakynthos.
The only downside was the air conditioner. It wasn't powerful enough to cool the room properly, so it was always quite warm inside. It was also very noisy, especially at night. The refrigerator was quite loud as well, which made the room less comfortable for sleeping.

Laganas fő utcájától távolabb esik, de a hangzavar elhallatszik oda. A szomszédságban van a Pure szórakozóhely, mindig változó időpontokban van buli, ami hangos tud lenni.
Great location! You can reach the sea within just a few minutes, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
The apartment had everything we needed, including an iron, a kitchen, and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The room was cleaned every day, and we also enjoyed having access to the swimming pool across the road.
The street can be a bit noisy at night, but the air conditioning made it comfortable to sleep.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Struttura nuova e ben tenuta, camera confortevole e letti comodi, ottima insonorizzazione, aria condizionata e wi-fi. La posizione è a circa 150 mt dal mare e meno di 300 mt dalla strada della movida e dei ristoranti. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono supermercati, agenzie di noleggio auto/quad/moto/barche e agenzia per prenotare gite. La reception è situata nel bar di fronte ed è gestita dal simpaticissimo Antonio e dalla sua famiglia, ultra disponibile per venire incontro ad ogni esigenza, è possibile utilizzare anche la piscina annessa al bar senza ulteriori costi. All'interno del residence c'è un parcheggio privato gratuito per gli ospiti estremamente comodo.
