Pros:

As you expect hostel really

Cons:

Pod gets really hot and only a small vent to blow air back in we had to keep the door open which isn’t ideal

Expensive but well located
Pros:

It was in a very good location and the capsule was very clean

Cons:

It was too expensive, it was just a hostel. The capsules were not sound proof and you could feel every movement of the person in the next capsule.

Pros:

The capsules are an introverts paradise, you slide the door and are in a comfortable cocoon
! I did not use the TV nor the channels. The location is prime and the city center is in walking distance.

Cons:

Perhaps more hooks in the inside of the capsule would help to make it more comfortable and cozy. As stated in the description they are not soundproof, which is not an issue unless someone talks right outside.

Все сподобалось,дуже незвичайно і прикольно.Для недовгого перебування,супер!

Не могли довго зрозуміти,як активувати все в капсулі,потім вже перевели,що є картка,яку треба вставити і з'явиться світло.

Terrible experience, broken capsule, non-responsive staff
Pros:

There was nothing to like about this establishment.

Cons:

This place really needs to be shut down, and apparently there are five of them in Vienna.
There are no staff present, which meant when I encountered problems with my capsule at the beginning I could only send a message through the app. I stayed two nights and only got a response after 11pm on the second night.
-The TV remote is defective or needs new batteries, so that was useless.
-One of the USB ports was defective and did not charge my devices.
- I was not given an option for a ground level capsule, despite many being available. I have bad knees.
- The 'sleep mode' button doesn't do anything unless held down, so the only way to turn off the lights is by removing the card from the console, which turns off all power including the ventilator. So you get the much needed darkness for sleep, but will soon suffocate if the door is closed. However, opening the door lets in the light, and defeats the purpose of a private capsule.
So it's basically a malfunctioning plastic coffin. I asked for a refund and got nowhere because neither the host or the platform care about guests, we are just numbers to them... and I'm on the highest tier of whatever nonsense rewards program they're peddling.
We really don't need these kind of platforms, all they do is increase prices and ruin the cost of living in cities across the world.

Very comfortable but incredibly basic.
Pros:

The bed was incredibly comfortable and, with ear plugs, did not have any issues with noise. I loved the addition of air con within the pod. The location was amazing and, for the money, I was very happy with my two night stay.

Cons:

No one could use the kettle as there were no cups or mugs provided. Maybe some basic cups would be a nice idea? Also the TV in the pod didn't work (Pod 1 for context).
