Relación costo calidad es muy bueno

Durante los 3 días no realizaron limpieza a la habitación pero fueron muy amables al ofrecernos cambio de habitación

Pésimo!

Las imágenes no son fiel al establecimiento.
Cuando llegué no tenían listo mi habitación a pesar de decirles que si llegaría ya que no aceptaron mi cancelación. Adicionalmente al hablar con la persona encargada fui clara al solicitar una habitación en el primer nivel ya que estaba con una persona mayor y al llegar me indicaron que no tenían habitación en el primer nivel y que la única que estaba libre aún se encontraba sucia.
Pedí al personal que hiciera cambio de sábanas, toallas, etc después de un día de uso e indicaron que no lo hacían a pesar de haber pagado por 2 noches. Al solicitar nuevas toallas y hasta papel higiénico me miraron con cara de extrañeza y dijerron "que ya lo acabó, tan rápido?".
Lo único que puedo agradecer fueron los 2 jóvenes que me atendieron al llegar.

Una experiencia increíble
Pros:

Siento que estaba muy bien organizado, me encantó que me dieron la opción por vía WhatsApp para decorar la habitación por un muy buen precio, tienen cervezas, papitas, cartas de restaurantes para pedir a domicilio y realmente el personal es muy amable y siempre están atentos a todo

Cons:

Lo único es que me encantaría es que dieran la opción de echarle mermelada para el pan en el desayuno, de resto es increíble.
