Nosotros pasamos unos días maravillosos!
Pros:

Excelente desde que llegamos. El vuelo de Aerolíneas Argentinas, el remis que nos espero en la llegada al aeropuerto de Santiago del Estero, el viaje hasta el hotel. El hotel Alto Verde hermoso, cómodo, muy bien atendidos. Personal correctos, simpáticos y muy predispuestos. Volveríamos!

Cons:

Nos gustó todo!
Quizá agregaría al servicio una enfermera o un médico para controlar el ingreso y estadia en las piletas termales. Ya que la mayoría de las personas son adultos mayores.

El restaurant y los platos y menu ,son excelentes!Desayuño increible ,personal muy servicial.

Cons:

En el baño no hay escobilla para el inodoro y el papel higienico es malo de hoja simple.

EXCELENTE OPCIÓN A PRECIOS RAZONABLES
Pros:

El hotel tiene una ubicación central, cerca de todo lo necesario. El personal, son todos muy amables, educados para brindar una agradable estadía. Las habitaciones Premiun son muy espaciosas y cómodas, el baño con yacuzzi de 2 plazas, doble pileta y ducha escocesa. Camastro exclusivo en zona de piletas, 3 piletas exteriores y una interior. El restaurante Rafael, con menú Gourmet, ofrece desayunos excelentes y la media pensión se puede optar por almuerzo o cena, cada día sin reserva previa y los platos se eligen del menú, muy variado de alta calidad. Volveremos sin duda y lo recomendamos.

Cons:

La cochera cerrada es chica, no la pudimos usar, pero dejamos el coche frente al hotel en espacios públicos. No fue un problema.

Pros:

Muy buena la habitación-departamento. Muy amplio y confortable. Cocina completa con lo necesario para estar varios días sin depender de salir a restaurantes. El servicio de desayuno con lo indispensable y la media pension excelente, con gran variedad de platos y por demás abundante. Excelente atención y servicio. Las piletas y el jardín espectacular.

Cons:

Las bañeras de las duchas no tenían seguridad para personas mayores. Faltarían donde sujetarse (ej. pasamano)

Alto Verde me gustó!
Pros:

La posibilidad de utilizar media pensión, según comodidad, almuerzo o cena me pareció excelente y muy práctica para el pasajero.
Y el restaurante Rafael nos ofrecía una carta amplia y variada!
Entrada, plato principal y postre!

Cons:

Tendría que regresar para pensar en eso....
