Pros:

Buen desayuno. La ubicación. Las instalaciones. Lugares de descanso. El mantenimiento de las piletas y el personal de pileteros, siempre presentes para lograr el mejor estado de las mismas. El restaurante Rafael , con su amplio menú a la carta, abundante y de la mejor calidad, Están construyendo un amplio estacionamiento cubierto frente al hotel. Noelia, personal administrativo de recepción, supo resolver un pedido especial al requerir un late check out. en momentos de alta demanda. Nuestra segunda visita. .Totalmente recomendado.

Cons:

El Spa abre a las 17:00. Un poco tarde. La media pension no incluye carne asada ( à la brasa) o algún plato que se pueda pagar un extra: el Chivito.

Nosotros pasamos unos días maravillosos!
Pros:

Excelente desde que llegamos. El vuelo de Aerolíneas Argentinas, el remis que nos espero en la llegada al aeropuerto de Santiago del Estero, el viaje hasta el hotel. El hotel Alto Verde hermoso, cómodo, muy bien atendidos. Personal correctos, simpáticos y muy predispuestos. Volveríamos!

Cons:

Nos gustó todo!
Quizá agregaría al servicio una enfermera o un médico para controlar el ingreso y estadia en las piletas termales. Ya que la mayoría de las personas son adultos mayores.
