La pasamos lindo salvo algunos detalles .
Pros:

Lindo el hotel y las instalaciones . La habitación amplia y limpia .
El Restaurant y el desayuno muy buenos .

Cons:

Te lo venden con pileta climatizada y estaba helada . Prendieron los chorros calientes cuando ingresamos pero obviamente no calentó . Eso fue una desilusión . No pudimos disfrutarla .
Además cuando llegamos la habitación no tenía el frigobar y recién lo llevaron al
Otro dia .

Ya son varias veces que lo elijo, y seguro lo seguiré haciendo.

La habitación, el baño, súper cómodo y limpios. El restaurante muy bueno, ideal para relajarse después de un día de viaje.

Genial, seguro volveremos
Pros:

Veníamos de chile y tuvimos un percance con el vehículo , la 1ra parada planificado era Neuquén capital, pero el percance nos retraso, nos quedamos a solucionarlo y nos agarro la noche buscamos y encontramos este hotel 4 estrellas más barato o igual que el hotel pasable en el que pensábamos hospedarnos en la ciudad de Neuquen.tomamos un apart y el servicio fue cordial, gentil y resolutivo para nuestro hospedaje inesperado. El personal en general es muy profesional y destacó la gastronomía del lugar con las recomendaciones certeras de los Meseros , en especial con las sugerencias de vinos para acompañar, una experiencia inolvidable y rebosante para haberla vivido en una mesa de 3 sillas (éramos 3). Por cierto , para la categoría que tiene el lugar encontré los precios bastantes accesibles y para nada descabellados.Muchas gracias Antu Malal

Silencioso. Buena atención del personal

Cons:

Falta mantenimiento de todo.. esta igual que hace 10 años pero más deteriorado.. no se podía usar la piscina interna. El tv no es smart.. para ser 4 estrellas me pareció caro y muy básico

I purposely went to the Antul Malal because I read they had a great service for people that went to Cutral Co on work .
Pros:

Good and comfortable rooms , acceptable eating facilities , nice leisure areas .

Cons:

Internet was down 90% of the time that I was in the hotel . Even the hotel stand alone was out of service for internet . This situation didn’t seem to worry the staff much at all !
