Ubicación, parking, amplitud.

Cons:

Los apartamentos estan muy dejados, una de las cortinas se cayó al momento de bajarlas, huelen mucho a humedad, exagerado el cobro por el uso de la cocina usd 90.
Faltan toallas en las habitaciones.

Pros:

Apt estudio con muy buena ubicación, cuenta con parqueadero cubierto. Relación Calidad vs Precio esta acorde.

Cons:

Falta un poco mas de mantenimiento a las instalaciones, no funcionaba el TV en las habitaciones.
