Celkově hotel z webových stránek působí luxusnějším dojmem, než je realita.
Pros:

Lokalita je perfektní, blízko všude, i k Máchovu jezeru. Jídlu nelze nic vytknout. Samotný pokoj krásný, čistý. Personál moc milý. Poměr cena-výkon v pořádku.

Cons:

Vybrali jsme ubytování pro možnost snídaňového rautu, ale nebyl dostatek hostů, takže první den raut nebyl. Pokoj byl v pořádku, i když nechápu, proč všude mají dvě postele přiražené k sobě a ne 1 manželskou, to mi dost ztěžuje společné spaní s dítětem a vždycky je někdo na tvrdém. Na záchodech to smrdělo dole i v pokoji.

Pros:

Ubytování se nachází ve výborné lokalitě, určitě musím pochválit skvělý a velmi ochotný personál. Spaní pohodlné, snídaně pak velké a bohaté, jídlo a pití v restauraci ubytování též na jedničku.

Cons:

Nemám co vytknout.

Excellent and will recommend to everybody to come from Prague for weekend or longer vacation.
Pros:

Very nice and new remodeled. Practical rooms and nice bathroom.

Pros:

Přes velmi malé množství hostů se o nás personál snažil postarat byli jsme spokojeni.

Cons:

Po odestlání byla dírka v prostěradle a po svlečení na konci pobytu byla matrace flekatá.

Pros:

Hotel čistý, snídaně dostačující, večeře velmi dobré, personál vstřícný.

Cons:

Brzký čas poslední objednávky jídla (do 19.30),
když je otevřená restaurace do 21.00.
Ale vzhledem k tomu že je po sezoně, se to dá vlastně pochopit.

Pros:

Výborný servis. Keď sme na recepcii ohlásili, že nestíhame raňajky tak nám v kuchyni zabalili balíček, ktorý sme si mohli zobrať so sebou.

Pros:

Skvělá snídaně, velký výběr včetně možnosti udělat si vlastní fresh. Milé paní recepční. Balkon. Lokalita v centru a možnost parkování.

Cons:

Příchod na pokoj byl poměrně šok, koberec by opravdu, opravdu potřeboval vyčistit, vypadal jako z bezdomoveckého lágru. Taky bychom asi bývali ocenili, kdyby nás někdo informoval, že v hotelu během našeho pobytu probíhá hudební akce a že tudíž budeme poslouchat české "hity" do 1 do rána, nebo že bude problém si objednat večeři, protože "kuchař nestíhá".
