Excellent - we want to return!
Pros:

What a friendly place! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by all of the staff and the owner made sure he talked to all of his guests.
The room was superb with a wonderful view of the mountains and part of the lake. The bed was very comfortable and the room had all the facilities that we needed.
There was a wide selection of food on offer for breakfast and the bar was great for an evening drink - we were pleasantly surprised to have live music as well.
The hotel goes above and beyond with little extra touches which made us feel valued even though we were only staying for one night.

Cons:

Nothing - we just wish we had booked for longer :-)
