It’s more for feedback purpose to improve for further customers. My room’s bathroom didn’t have gel shower and soap for hands wasn’t good. But it’s just details compared to how beautiful my experience was.

Die Dusche war kaputt. Der Duschkopf wurde mit einem Haargummi befestigt.

Der Strandteil vom Hotel war unschön und das Meer sehr dreckig.
La struttura nuova e accogliente, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, buona la cucina e grande varietà al buffet delle colazioni e della cena . Staff gentilissimo e disponibile . Ci hanno permesso di usare doccie e spogliatoio sia all'arrivo in attesa della camera sia dopo il ceck out potendo rimanere anche in piscina fino all'ora della partenza. Presenza anche di una soft animazione molto gradevole. Posizione comodissima per le escursioni sopratutto verso il sud a paxos e antipaxos . Vicinissimo a Kavos zona consigliata a giovani e coppie ricca di locali per ogni gusto. Comodissimo il lido e il parcheggio cosa non scontata nell'isola.
L'aria condizionata in camera è posizionata proprio difronte al letto in posizione scomodissima se occorre tenerla accesa di notte. Bagno piccolo con zona lavandino posizionata in camera e assenza di armadio. Da migliorare la pulizia nelle camere , e per quanto riguarda il cibo poca presenza di pesce nel buffet della cena. Mancanza di ascensore per accedere alle camere ai piani alti. Personalmente trovo che le spiagge più belle dell'isola non sono in questa zona a sud tuttavia tramite le escursioni si raggiungono spiagge meravigliose. La piscina è adiacente alla strada principale e spesso l'odore dello smog delle macchine è davvero intenso e sempre nella zona piscina ci sono davvero parecchie api/vespe che raggiungono anche la zona colazioni e cena rendendo complicato mangiare esternamente.

Im Zimmer war ein übler Geruch der leider auch durch lüften und die Klimaanlage nicht weg ging.
- Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und unkompliziert.
- Ich war etwas abgelegen vom Hauptgebäude, somit war es ruhiger, was ich sehr geschätzt habe.
- Das Zimmer war mit allem nötigen ausgestattet
- Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut.
- Der Geruch, wofür das Personal nichts kann war extrem penetrant.
- Man kann noch an der Sauberkeit der Zimmer arbeiten, ich bin mir von anderen Hotels andere Standarts gewöhnt.
bell'hotel con piscina vicino al centro di Kavos. staff gentilissimo, spiaggia compresa nel prezzo con lettini e ombrelloni, buffet della colazione e cena molto vario e molto ricco. la zona è molto frequentata da giovani ma l'hotel rimane un pò fuori dalla zona caotica.
il terzo letto era una poltrona scomodissima, senza materasso. dal bagno c'era un persistente odore di fogna che hanno cercato di risolvere ma purtroppo con pochi risultati, la pulizia delle camere non era attenta, a volte si dimenticavano di rifare la camera o cambiare gli asciugami

Buongiorno, purtroppo devo segnalare che al nostro arrivo le camere prenotate a febbraio 2025 non erano disponibili e solo dopo accese discussioni abbiamo potuto far valere i nostri diritti. Alcune giustificazioni sono incomprensibili, come quella che in una tripla perché eravamo una sola persona avete deciso di darci una camera più piccola!!!!!!!! Stiamo scherzando, abbiamo pagato per una tripla e anche se sono sola la voglio. Per non parlare del fatto che la suite con piscina ci è stata assegnata 24 ore dopo il nostro arrivo!!!!!! Per non parlare dell'odore di fogna in una camera prenotata dalla famiglia dei miei amici. Non ci sarebbe dovuta essere alcuna discussione, invece, per far valere i nostri diritti per quello che abbiamo pagato, ci sono volute almeno 24 ore per ottenere le camere, costringendoci a rifare i bagagli più volte per il trasloco. In 3 giorni, alcuni di noi hanno cambiato camera tre volte!!!!!!!!! In ogni caso, anche nella stanza che chiamate suite, gli scarichi della doccia emanano un nauseabondo odore di merda. Considerato il pessimo servizio ricevuto dalla mia famiglia e dalla famiglia dei miei amici presso la vostra struttura, ci aspettiamo un risarcimento per i danni

Если честно, почитав отзывы, делать резервацию было немного страшно, но, посетив данный отель, могу сказать, что это был великолепный день на Корфу!
Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал. Не знаю связано ли это, но перед приездом я написал с большой просьбой предоставить номер в новом корпусе, так как мы с супругой путешествуем в медовом месяце, и как же приятно было, что нам сразу же по приезду сообщили, что сделали нам апгрейд! Номер был свежий и чистый, да, запах канализации правда временами присутствовал, но важно понимать, что это специфика острова. Пляж отличный, удобные лежаки, вокруг красиво. Завтраки и ужины - честно, я не знаю чего может не хватить, разнообразный шведский стол, где и греческие блюда встречаются в достаточном количестве. Да, напитки за доплату, но бокал вина за 5 евро - очень гуманная цена! Пчел не видела вообще, честное слово. Одну в зону лобби с утра перед отъездом.
Анимация - да, громко, может быть проблемой в случае с отдыхом с маленькими детьми. Важно заметить, что сразу после 23 часов вечера все утихло, и даже таким молодым ворчунам, как мы, которые рано ложатся и встают, это не сильно помешало.
В общем выражаю свой восторг и большую благодарность персоналу! Это был прекрасный день, после которого есть желание вернуться на Корфу вновь!
