Pros:

Customer service is extremely wonderful! All the staff are very polite,friendly,kind ,helpful!
The environment is very clean, comfortable！ The garden is so beautiful and romantic! The location is great、convenient！ just 1 minute walk to Hauteville House ， 17 minutes walk to Cornet Castle ，19 minutes walk to St.Peter Port ， 14 minutes to The little Chapel by texi. The restaurant of it is lovely, serve delicious breakfast and meals, the staff are so nice!
Strongly recommended.

Le site historique le calme la chambre confortable la vue

Cons:

Un peu vieillot, je me propose de relooker la déco et pourtant de belles choses à garder

Pros:

L’hôtel est charmant, de même que son jardin.
Le petit déjeuner est excellent, avec une belle variété de plats à la commande.
Je recommande la chambre 14, très confortable, avec une belle vue et une histoire (ce fut la chambre de Juliette Drouet).

Une merveilleuse découverte
Pros:

Hôtel très élégant , très propre. Le personnel est toujours souriant et aux petits soins. Jardins magnifiques sur la mer. Le petit déjeuner américain est incroyable, cuisiné sur demande. Possibilité de déposer ses bagages avant le Check in et après le Check out si votre ferry ne part que le soir.

Très bien, calme et reposant.
Pros:

Emplacement idéal, mais attention toutefois car ça grimpe vraiment pour venir du port, mais le lieu est très agréable, beau jardin, belle terrasse.
le personnel est vraiment à l'écoute et arrangeant.

Cons:

Problème de pression d'eau dans la douche, quasi impossible de se doucher, mais problème résolu après changement de chambre.
Les œufs brouillés du petit déjeuner très décevants, mais le reste très bien.

Excellent base for exploring Saint Peter Port and Guernsey.
Nice room, kind and helpful staff, beautiful gardens, excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Be aware of the rather steep hill to climb from town - not a problem at all for us, though ;-)
