Tutto molto bello sia la posizione che il rapporto qualità prezzo, anche host molto disponibile; lo consiglio vivamente.

La posizione era ottima e molto tranquilla

Perfecte accomodatie
Pros:

Wat niet eigenlijk. Perfecte ligging in oud Malia met de gezellige straatjes en heerlijke reataurants. Heerlijk vertoeven op het prachtige dakterras met jacuzzi waar je een schitterend uitzicht hebt op de gehele omgeving. Appartement met balkon is ruim genoeg en heeft alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt waaronder airco, keukentje met koelkast en een heerlijk bed. Met daarnaast de gastvriendelijkheid van Yiannis maakt Malia Boutique Studios een toppertje.

A great place to stay.
Pros:

We were happy with our stay at this property.
When we first arrived we parked where we could (as this was our first visit to Malia) and walked to the property. We found our room key and went up to the room. There I phoned the owner who met us outside and showed where we could park. Once parked he helped us with our bags and gave us a description of the area and where we could find a good beach.
Our room was cozy, comfortable and we felt relaxed in it.
The big bonus about this property is roof terrace which also has a jacuzzi. It looked very inviting but I am not one for jacuzzis. The terrace was great place to relax and read and there is an excellent coffee machine there and there was a constant breeze blowing nice and gently to hep our relaxation. The terrace is a great place and after a walk or visit to the beach we went there to chill out enjoy our time. Well worth it!! No need to stay cooped up in the room or have to find somewhere away from the property to relax.
If we ever go back to Malia this is where we will book again.

Super nöjd
Pros:

Man känner sig så bekväm i boendet. Riktig enkel och checka in och ut även om personalen var inte på plats. Hemma känslan! Rummet var så ren och allt var som det ska, Personalen var så hjälpsamma och vänliga och supertrevliga, terrassen var super mysigt och just med jacuzzin. Parkering var inte heller jobbigt och hitta då jag kunde parkera exakt bredvid byggnaden. Platsen är Nära allt man behöver. Super nöjd med min vistelse och kommer såklart dit igen och tackar Yiaan och kvinnan som jobbade där!

Ήταν δύσκολο το πάρκινγκ και το δωμάτιο ήταν κάπως μικρό παρόλα αυτά πολύ όμορφο όμως .

Le logement est très bien situé, proche de tout, et les alentours sont calmes et paisibles pour dormir. Le logement correspond bien aux photos et la chambre était convenable. La terrasse est très belle et agréable, on peut même y prendre ses repas. Le propriétaire est très gentil et accessible. La présence du Wi-Fi est appréciable. Le service de ménage remet des serviettes propres et refait le lit, ce qui est pratique. Enfin, le service de taxi proposé pour aller ou revenir de l’aéroport est très utile.

Cons:

La connexion passe mal et le Wi-Fi n’est pas accessible depuis la terrasse. La salle de bain est vraiment petite. La propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer : à notre arrivée, nous avons trouvé des cheveux et certains coins mal nettoyés, et le ménage proposé n’est pas fait de manière approfondie. Enfin, nous avons eu un gros problème avec le service de taxi : nous avons été prélevés trois fois au lieu d’une seule, et malgré nos relances, aucun remboursement n’a été effectué. C’est très malhonnête de leur part et cela nous a laissés dans une situation compliquée.
