Das Hotel eine reine Katastrophe, dafür die Lage war sehr zentral

Die Zimmer Ausstattung war sehr schlecht und sind mit dem Fotos bei booking.com nicht vergleichbar. Sehr schlechte Ausstattung, alles alt und die Zimmer wurden gar nicht richtig sauber gemacht. In den Badetücher habe ich jedesmal Haare von anderen Gästen gefunden. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag nur oberflächlich sauber gemacht. Sehr enttäuschend. Das Frühstück war auch eine reine Katastrophe.E

Pros:

Very disappointing experience. The room had no towels, housekeeping was practically nonexistent, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The swimming pool was dirty and clearly not maintained. The service was terrible—staff were unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving any issues. This hotel does not meet even basic standards of hygiene or customer service. I would not recommend staying here.

Location is excellent; if you have a car, parking can be tricky. There isn't parking at the hotel, so either seek private parking or you have to find parking on the street or use the free public parking that are 5 to 10 minutes walk away. The pool is good, but on one time, all the sun loungers were used but there are plenty of comfy seats and shade. Breakfast is OK. We used it if we wanted to get up and go somewhere; otherwise, go into town for a nicer breakfast. It's not a luxurious hotel, but I liked the staff and the overall vibe. I'd go again.

Cons:

Le camere non erano pulite, wc sporco, la camera puzzava giorno e notte, cambio di lenzuola una volta in quatro giorni, non parlare poi dei materassi molto scomodi e vecchi, che puzzavano, condizionatore non funzionava bene e quel poca aria che usciva era puzzolente. Non so 4 stelle questo albergo se li merita? Non lo consiglierei a nessuno

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετικό σημείο στο κέντρο της Λευκάδας, προσφέροντας άμεση και εύκολη πρόσβαση στις βόλτες της πόλης. Η πισίνα αποτέλεσε ένα από τα πιο δυνατά σημεία της διαμονής μας ήταν καθαρή, πολύ ευχάριστη και μας άρεσε ότι είχε pool bar . Επιπλέον, το προσωπικό ήταν φιλικό και επικοινωνιακό, ενώ οι παροχές κάλυπταν τα βασικά, περιλαμβάνοντας ένα απλό αλλά ικανοποιητικό πρωινό.

Cons:

Η εύρεση πάρκινγκ στην περιοχή ήταν εξαιρετικά δύσκολη, με το κοντινότερο επί πληρωμή να απέχει περίπου 500 μέτρα. Όσον αφορά την καθαριότητα, αν και το δωμάτιο μύριζε καθαριότητα και χλωρίνη χωρίς να είναι βρώμικο, το καθάρισμα ήταν αρκετά επιφανειακό, καθώς σε σημεία όπως οι γωνίες ή πίσω από τα έπιπλα φαίνεται πως χρειαζόταν περισσότερη προσοχή. Γενικά, τα δωμάτια και οι χώροι χρειάζονται ανακαίνιση. Θεωρούμε ότι η τιμή ήταν υψηλή για τη συνολική ποιότητα που προσφέρεται και θα έπρεπε είτε να γίνουν βελτιώσεις είτε να προσαρμοστεί το κόστος χαμηλότερα.

Overall very run down. Our toilet plumbing was extremely loud for at least 5 minutes post use. The wifi was non existent. Pool towels and access to them was poor quality aswell.

Czystość hotelu ok., mimo bliskości centrum cichy hotel, basen fajny. Przyjechaliśmy wcześniej i mogliśmy zostawić bagaże w oddzielnym pomieszczeniu i korzystać z basenu.
